Location is not far from metro station. Hotel and rooms are bit old, rooms are smelly, toilets are not clean as i expected

The stay is not pleasant which I seldom came across in these ten years. Firstly, it’s bcos I a careful in selecting hotel. Secondly, I trust the rating in booking site. Thirdly, hotels are more careful in handling client, amenities/ facilities to ensure it’s functioning well. However, I encountered problems with shower, heater, TV, no soap (hand washing) refilling in the toilet & not cleaning the glasses after drinking but replacing other items.

The staff doesn’t speak English, though they were helpful. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the housekeeping lady tried her best to clean it very well to remove it. It helped for a couple of hours, but then the smell was back. The room description said there is a fridge and a mini bar in the room, but actually there wasn’t anything. We contacted the lobby with a help of a trip.com operator, and they brought us a small fridge to the room. Breakfast is quite limited and when some food finishes they don’t refill it even though it’s 9 o’clock in the morning and breakfast finishes at 10:00.

之前住過一次還行，這次住不知道是運氣差還是酒店管理有問題，住的非常不滿意。
訂的豪華大床房，洗澡水温温的，我都已經淋濕了出來打電話給前台後面才反饋可能熱水不夠，要再燒，我整個都好凍不想等就直接洗了個十幾度的不知道叫冷水澡還是熱水澡。
睡覺才發現隔音太差了，樓下大排檔喝酒聊天的聲音聽的一清二楚，硬是吵到凌晨四點我才睡覺。
第二天一早我要求換到對面的房間，結果説對面都是超級大床房要加錢，加了20元換過去。
由於昨晚上吵到衹睡了不到4小時，晚上9點工作回來衹想早點休息，結果空調開了半小時後仍然很熱，打電話給前台説叫人過來看，過來之後説感覺有冷氣啊，解決方案竟然是給我搬來一個風扇，然後叫我再等半小時看看，如果還有問題可以安排換房間，我都已經快困死了還要等，中間還給他們説肯定有問題，前面室內温度顯示25度，現在顯示26了，後面終於也有其他人反饋空調不製冷酒店才發現空調線路有問題要喊人修，然後給我打電話説已經修了叫我再等等，説同步再開旁邊的房間看哪個涼快的快一點，這點其實還可以給瞭解決方案，又過了二十幾分鍾房間是稍微涼快了點但是室內温度還是顯示25度，我打電話給前台説我房間還是有問題，那個室內温度還是25度，前台竟然張口説瞎話，説那個室內温度不會變啊一直顯示25度，我昨天那個房間室內温度20度，而且剛剛還變到了26的，真的是從不覺得自己房間有問題啥瞎話都能説，最後還是安排了人過來叫我去隔壁房間體驗下隔壁是不是涼快一點，最終換到了隔壁房間，最後折騰到晚上11點才睡，整個體驗太差了！！！

百鴿籠站行15分鐘就到達！附近有大型商場和超市，酒店樓下不論日頭或深夜都可以食嘢！附近周邊配套非常好！
但酒店就一般般！對面時學校，酒店最高樓層只是5樓！如果你是早出門口的或是星期六日住是沒有問題的，但如果你是星期一至五早上07:30後起身，就唔建議處！因為酒店窗不隔音非常嘈吵！房間冷氣比雪櫃還要凍，清潔還可以！

我們一家四口訂了兩個房間，一間是雙床房，另一間是大床房。大床房的燈感覺比較柔和，最鬼馬是竟有個什麼秘密購安全套機在房內，我和老公忍不住大笑，可能太多人有需要，店家也太貼心了🤣。這個我們用不著，但浴室有免費的一次性浴缸套和浴鹽等物品提供，真的要加分。收拾房間的工作人員也很友善，跟萬象滙距離不太遠（用天橋過比較快和安全），房間夠大，我們這邊向住宅很寧靜，唯一缺點是冷氣在半夜時變得很熱，幸好調到21度後沒問題了！

酒店位於白鴿籠地鐵站附近，距離萬象滙比較接近。但由地鐵站走到酒店有一段距離，約一公里，有點遠。從深圳羅湖坐82號公交，也可到酒店還比較方便。酒店房間面積較大，有浴缸，最特別的地方就是有一次性的浸浴包贈送。房間清潔者床鋪舒適，設施也相當齊全，有充電綫，冰箱等。房間也十分開揚嗆很大，這附近環境都比較安靜。酒店有酒樓方面吃飯，樓下一條食街有很多食肆，去走一段路又可到萬象滙，吃飯購物十分方便，且房價也不算很高，性價比相對地高，很值得推薦的一間酒店。
