以下情況全部有圖有視頻。大家自行避坑。
1.不按攜程訂單提供房型！訂三床房告我小屋不許用，衹能用兩屋兩床，見圖片。
2.有問題極難解決，耽誤時間！耽誤行程！極大佔用住客時間成本！入住就發現門鎖不上，説幾分鐘上門解決，我們行李全部上樓長者入住休息結果修4個多小時無法解決，最後壞鎖過夜，等着修鎖車沒法開走產生40塊的停車費自己解決！期間反覆未經允許進出，翻抽屜找鑰匙！要求換房衹能三床房給換兩床房，不退費！態度惡劣，告我説退單她配合，要投訴隨意！
3.小區停車極貴，10塊/小時，過夜200塊！如圖。基本用品提供不全，沒毛巾，陽台晾曬大量床單被罩等物，牙刷杯發黴等等。
差評據實送出。

這家民宿酒店非常棒，性價比非常高。還可以做飯。很有家的感覺。下次在外面住還選這裏。乾淨衞生，樓下就是海岸城，強烈推薦

房間寬敞，床位舒適，有洗衣機洗衣粉，小區安靜，離地鐵很近。管理人員很親切、熱情！
下次再來深圳出差或旅遊再會住這裏～

在入住前一天房東就説房間漏水，另外安排我們入住隔壁小區的 一品居酒店，安排一個豪華雙人間一個單間。入住一品居酒店發現衞生間都沒有門就算了，衞生也不行，特別是豪華雙人間煙味特別濃重，床單被套都有煙味。房間有個麻將桌，上面有煙灰，椅子也沒有擦，衞生間的紙巾也沒有換新的。讓一品居老闆換房，老闆頭也不抬説無房，後來讓她弄清新劑也理睬。就這樣吧，很不滿意的住宿體驗，大家要注意一下這情況。

總體來説很不錯，好評。但有一些小瑕疵吧。衞生方面：兩居室，大房被單乾淨，但是小房一般，感覺沒換洗小房的被單。另外，白毛巾有點黑，洗不夠乾淨。設施方面：沒電視。

第一次住這種家庭式的旅館，體驗不錯，乾淨衞生，温馨舒適，還能做飯。小區和周邊環境也不錯，位置很好，出門就是地鐵口和海岸城商圈。推薦

門口磚塊缺失，老人家拐一下腳，進房後踩死只蟑螂，空調三小時終於涼快了，杯子裏留有水。
