Very nice hotel - close to the zoo yet a bit far from a mall or the subway (10mins walk at least).
Thumbs up to a few concierge staff such as Nate, Vivian and Lemon.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a kids play area next to the dining area is a great help. 20 minutes in a taxi into the center of Nanshan or Futian and a 10 minute stroll to a mall with decent restaurants. They let us check in early and check out late with no extra charges…will stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton hotel and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by manager Maria and receptionist Suby.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Maria and Suby, for making my stay memorable!

The hotel and service is great. However, the location is much undesirable than expected. Not only because of the location need a 10-15 walk from the underground station, the fact that the countless numbers of electric cycles flying around from all angles, squeezing behind and in front of you, on pavement or on road, even using the passenger crossing, make it very difficult and leg painful experience of walking to the hotel on uneven road block service. I had experience foot and knee pain on my day walking from the hotel to the station.

Clean room and prompt service hotline. We checked in late (around 11pm) and was able to check out at 4pm
We were also gifted a Sheraton Cup at the end of our stay
