The hotel is great! Clean, modern, the room is confortable, the bathroom fantastic, huge shower. My only complaints are: 1) terrible wi-fi service, slow, very slow. 2) the breakfast was horrible! The hotel is in Shenzhen, a huge city in Guangdong, we should at least expect several kinds of dim sum. The hotel provided 2 types of dim sum, bread (only butter, no jelly), vegetables, fruits and noodles. No fried eggs, no bacon, no beef, no chicken….. it felt like the breakfast area is run by a different company.

特別感謝蔣先生的細心幫忙和關心。居住期間非常滿意👍🏻酒店非常舒服，景色舒服，夠寬敞，小朋友都喜歡。

總體感覺不應該是五星級酒店，
談三點感受
1.預訂的入住時間絕對不可以改變，商務出行如遇變化，你可以提前離店，不住的房錢要照付，沒有商量可言，攜程也幹預不了。
2.五星酒店沒有房服，自費水吧沒有任何酒水飲料。
3.預訂了含早餐的房間，沒有時間在餐廳吃早餐，想打包一個酸奶，一個雞蛋，一個小包子，經溝通酒店人員的回覆是我們不讓打包。
總之感覺不到是五星酒店應該有的水準，就是個會議酒店不缺客源，商家也就不在乎軟硬件服務了，請不要按星級挑選這家酒店。

酒店位置比較遠，地鐵需時。酒店房間空間足夠，設備ok. 安排21樓，可看景色。附近有景點和食肆也不錯。早餐送上房間。
