Location is excellent. Just a few steps from MTR exit C suanguang. Next to shopping mall. Service of the staff is excellent, upgraded my room
Minor thing is gym is small and treadmill is not work.
Buffet breakfast just had a few choices.

這是第一次入住！近地鐵站口！是小型酒店！
晚班女服務員態度非常好👍
房間擺設也可以(唯獨那張賠償金額表有少少嚇人！有义電線👍 不過隔音差少少！可以在床上聽到其他人走出走入🧐 花灑水壓也太慢！
健身房在類似頂層天台位置！設備很少！不過有沙包打！也可以吸到清新早上空氣！😘
早餐：中西餐合壁！👍但廚房煮麵的員工禮貌欠奉！雞蛋煎好不放出來！不知道到底是別人還是自己拿！🫣🧐
另外對面是建築中樓宇！可能有嘈音問題🧐
整體來講滿意！會考慮再次入住！

前台 丹丹 小姐姐服務很好很有禮貌，
酒店地理位置超方便，離地鐵站出口很近，酒店附近有 萬象食家、寶能環球匯、HALO PLACE、筍崗文具玩具禮品城、還有 華海達國際服裝交易中心，足夠可以逛一整天。 至於房間、浴室、廁所都很乾淨舒適、整體來說非常滿意、推薦推薦！

位置極佳，旁邊就是萬象食家，有咖啡店，有超市，有很多食肆。房間很乾淨，由於是2樓旁邊就是街路，早上會被車或人嘈到。唯一不明白就是洗手間沒有門。後來才發現我們訂三間房間，是其中兩間沒有門。夫婦也覺得不便。

前台服務員辦理入住時黑着臉，欠他幾百萬似的，進出經過大堂也沒有打招呼，客人來消費還要看臉色讓人心情好不爽。還有房間的衞生間是用簾子隔開廁所跟淋浴間的，有點掉檔次，下次也不會再來消費了！

網上見到呢間酒店近地鐵口，離办事既地方好近，吃野行街比較方便，但是入到酒店前台服務員低頭挫住，行到面前先抬起頭，公司每個禮拜都會過來深圳出差，順便問下有無優惠價，呢次訂300幾，上次網上睇200幾，前台都講唔出點解價錢相差咁多，就話可以充值666住兩晚，問有無公司協議價，前台話公司協議價同充值價錢一樣，不如係網上訂優惠，服務一般般，同前台服務員講嘢最後都唔理人了，體驗不佳，入住慎重！

房間寬敞舒適，早餐豐富美味，鄰近筍崗地鐵站非常方便，步行附近的商場和文具批發都衹是5-15分鐘的路程。稍為遜色是衹有一個電視頻道，以及晚上洗澡的時候不夠熱，不過早上洗澡熱水正常。
