The staff are nice and helpful , but the quality of the rooms are bad you can hear and sometimes see the people and hear them in the next door rooms. I had to move to different rooms and then still hear d people and along the window could see in someone else's room. It's quite clean, service is ok and affordable for one or two nights but not long term.

酒店臨近地鐵站，深圳站、羅湖口岸步行10分鐘就到，旁邊是萬象城廣場，周邊熱鬧，美食多，酒店服務好，環境好贊。

感覺很差，兩邊窗戶破爛得殘舊防蚊網遮擋，引致晚上小女臉上及眼睛比針致又腫又痕，環境衛生欠佳，不是酒店，是殘舊賓館。

按照這個房間價格的一半，去住賓館估計環境都比這個衞生，衞生間很小，轉身都困難的那種，乾濕不分離，設施老舊，一股黴味，被單不乾淨，今年以來住過的最差的酒店房間。

有史以來最差的酒店，230就這，房間小不説，設施也是非常的差，洗手枱都是開裂的，一開空調遙控器壞了，換了新的，床單被褥潮濕的不行，空調開了一晚上房間都還是潮的，真的是非常的差勁👎🏻，地面也是臟的沒法看，這也叫酒店🏨？？找個一百六七的賓館都比這個好，真的是，差勁👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻，希望大家出行不要住這個酒店。環境真的極其差。

酒店外圍有工程進行，灰塵很大。
花170住板間式劏房，一推門便是床，沒有活動空間，行理箱大一點都沒空間放得下。
隔音非常差，空調又失靈，煎熬了一整晚！
