We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.

🏨酒店印象：設計將南洋美學演繹到極致，融合嶺南庭院的自然之境，打造出祕境般的空中庭院，仿若進入一方優雅又熱烈的世外桃源。
❤️服務體驗：專人對接，引領入住，這裏要特別感謝Alice小姐姐。知道我們因天氣原因航班取消，臨時決定過來酒店過節，幫我們升級了房型，佈置了房間，還送了蛋糕和紅酒。服務品質很高，完全超出預期。
BTW，下午茶也很好吃

刷新我對香格里拉印象的一次入住，從設計風格到房間到餐飲都非常滿意，香格里拉終於擺脱了傳統的老乾部風格。公共區域設立亮眼，到處都是打卡點，豪華閣服務熱情得體，房間設計合理，採光充足，配置也很高，尤其是轉角處的浴室亮點十足。特別表揚一下酒店的餐飲，豪華閣下午茶超過很多酒店付費下午茶的水平，歡樂時光，早餐質量也很高，中餐廳夏宮裝修精美，出品不錯。感謝值班經理Leona的細心安排和豪華閣經理Crystal的熱情服務，crystal 還很貼心地為我們一家人準備了小禮物🎁。總之是很棒的一次體驗，會再來！

โรงแรมเปิดใหม่ ตกแต่งสวยทำเลดี ติดรถไฟใต้ดิน ติดห้าง มีซุปเปอร์มารฺ์เกตใหญ่ และร้านอาหารมากมาย วิวจากในห้องสวยมาก พนักงานหน้าFront ชื่อ Tina บริการดีมากทประทับใจมากค่ะ พนักงานบริการในห้องอาหาร Lucas Pan บริการดีมาก จำรายละเอียดลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดีว่าชอบทานอะไร ประทับใจมากมากค่ะ พนักงานข้างหน้าคอยเรียกรถให้ก็บริการดีมากค่ะ โรงแรมมีบริการLate check out ให้ด้วยค่ะ น่ารักมาก เนื่องจากไฟลท์บินดีเลย์ค่ะ

這個五一假期，我們繼續選擇在深圳旅遊，這次的酒店很讓我們滿意，是1月底才新開的酒店-香格里拉這個國際品牌，尤其是南山香格里拉，預訂後酒店員工Phoebe就與我們添加微信進行一對一跟進服務。從到店時的全程專業微笑接待開始，進入房間後的深圳灣全景視角，房間裏的細微設計，66樓大堂吧的設計與下午茶享樂，早餐的食物選擇多樣性及質量品控，乃至室內泳池的設計風格，給了我們全家一系列的驚喜！在這裏特意感謝大堂吧的Jay與Emma的熱情款待與專業服務，讓我們度過了一個完美的假期！深圳南山香格里拉，值得大家關注與入住體驗。
