房間環境相當不錯，面積也很大，進去有被驚艷到。不過我是一個人住大床房有點貴，如果是和好朋友一起住的話價格還是很OK的。裏面的小度音響真的很好玩，第二天的早餐也很豐富，我專門早起吃早餐吃了一個半小時，把所有的都吃了一遍哈哈哈哈哈哈。餐廳在7樓，我住的也在7樓，很方便，旁邊就是健身房，不過跑步機好像沒開，可能是用的人不多，我吃完早餐還體驗了一下踩單車的那個機子。整體來説真的很不錯，希望繼續保持，下次去還能有這樣的體驗～

不知是否酒店老闆對待員工不好，辦理入住的時候，前台幾名職員都沒有笑容，説話帶點粗氣，作為顧客感受並不良好，之前也曾入住這酒店，職員熱情，服務態度良好，和今次有天淵之別，希望酒店方面能檢討一下。

鹽田出差，附近選擇真不多，看到這家比較新就定了
前台服務一般般，沒啥表情
酒店還是很新很乾凈的，定了個大床，空間還不錯，還有的都有，挺舒服的。
早餐不錯，選擇挺多，味道也好

硬件新淨，景觀欠奉，服務滿足其功能性。交通算便利，出地鐵站口沿中英街方向走就會遇到酒店，不遠。附近有地道的食店，周圍是林林總總的生活店舖，絕對方便，因此也難免有些嘈音。

沒想到藝龍經營酒店比經營旅遊平台出彩。酒店簡約新潮裝修，採光好，空間利用非常到位；基本住宿設施完備，床鋪乾淨整潔舒服，還有小冰箱；早歺為自助形式，品種不少；內部隔音不差，樓下有個KTV，但當晚衹唱到8點就停了；能感覺到服務員的職業素養不錯，無論前台、客房還是停車場的員工都有求必應。
遺憾的是去歺廳有7-8級樓梯，這對長者不太友好；另外停車場到大堂也要繞一個彎，雨天會不太方便。

電梯建議貼個禁止抽菸，真的有些個別素質太差，除了這個，酒店是真的非常不錯，寬敞明亮，免費停車，廁所和洗手間乾濕分離，很乾淨，下次還要再訂。

位置很好靠近地鐵站不遠很近的，挺方便，酒店附近也有個商圈，過去市區那邊也就半個小時，附近那個海邊棧道可以過去散散步挺近的，或者遠一點點大梅沙過去看看海也是很不錯，酒店小鄭服務挺好
