Nice clean and new place. It's not in the city center. But metro is nearby, and if you are looking for 罗湖 area, the train station is within 20min by bicycle. The door is closed, but guard know about the hostel, and in my case kindly reminded the floor and the room number.
It not the cheapest place in shenzhen. But a safe and stable one.

Hostel is located near the metro station. For non-chinese it was bit hard to find it and check-in as the host doesn't speak English and even I was with Chinese speaking friend it took a while to confirm my reservation.
Showers were clean and with all necessary accessories. But they didn't provide towels even for extra payment and there was an odor in the room. Bed sheets didn't look fresh, better to use your own if you have any

地理位置優良，交通方便，臨近地鐵口，附近有沃爾瑪超市，房間非常乾淨，服務很周到，下次還會光臨。再接再厲，上帝賜福！

離地鐵站很近！附近麥當勞瑞幸和影城便利店一應俱全。房間是上下鋪的那種，有獨立廚房，衞生很好。公寓老闆娘超好，第一次來不知道是小區認不得路，打個電話就下來接人了！到公寓是深夜11點，換了個兩人間，老闆娘還送了我一瓶水！計劃去梧桐山追日出，大梅沙小梅沙的集美們可以沖！

老闆打掃的乾淨，衞生，離地鐵口也很近。樓下吃東西的地方也很多。下次還會再來。

交通方便，衞生很乾凈，房東人很好！房子在一個小區裏面，採光很好，通風很好，房間裏不吵。
