No WiFi provision (anywhere - not in the room nor public area), despite indication of providing free WiFi. When questioned, the receptionist - happily and proudly - explained that the problem was that I had no Mainland mobile number (so the problem lies with the guests, and the hotel has no obligation to honour its publicised facilities available). Serious attitude problem with the staff, in my opinion!
From later experience, all the hotels that require a Mainland mobile number to access WiFi will help guests to connect to WiFi by logging in with their own local mobile numbers to obtain the OTP for activation of the WiFi connection.

窗關唔實外面早上很嘈吵，沒有電視節目，沒有內地電話卡就沒有Wi-Fi。環境衛生還算可以附近有很多食店也近地鐵站。

有美食街👍各種美食應有盡有：酒樓也多
酒店旁邊也是多美食,便利店等我🚇交通方便

Check-in 速度很快，剛開始要求更換的2間房的窗戶都無法上鎖，再下樓要求換房時才說同一坐向房間的窗戶 是無法鎖的（那為何第一次換房時不早點說呢？還換隔壁的房間，根本就是敷衍！！！），窗戶沒有窗花外面就是天井，感覺非常危險不安全。最後要補錢更換別的房型的房間，窗戶比較大，左右2邊窗的那種，還是一邊能鎖。 另一邊不能鎖上，不過有窗花就算了勉強接受。熱水要等很久才有，只能用冷水幫小寶寶洗屁股......早上房間外面特別嘈吵,吵到無法繼續睡那種，所以不會考慮下次再次入住。

相同埋酒店係兩樣野黎
設施勁舊 廁所都冇門。 唔會有usb 差電位 如果要去呢邊住酒店既話 行前少少好似有間比呢間新好多既酒店可以入住

還不錯，帶娃住兩張可以合併一起成大床。服務態度也很好，電視開不了，兩分鐘搞定。訂房價格也優惠，地理位置不錯。

酒店離口岸颇遠，乘的士约16元，但附近有地鐵都颇方便，有超巿有食店但冇商埸，渡假一两天作休息很寫意。本來在网上訂的房間開窗便是平台颇危險，剛巧房間電視壞了，搬往對面較大的房間，但要收取多三十元，我也付了。但早上七点便被吵醒，原來楼下是學生運動場，無乜可能寧靜……

在蓮塘地鐵站附近，行10分鐘左右就到酒店；如果係踩單車，蓮塘口岸過關，再踩大概 15分鐘就到酒店。
登記好就搭子彈lift 上樓層，酒店不算新，不過房間應該是返新過，都幾乾淨，冷氣足夠
房間夠大，放兩架公路單車都冇問題。
附近都很多食店，酒店樓下有間火鍋不錯，牛腩煲是招牌

房間很滿意，服務也很好，空氣清新，旅行，個人出差都很推薦這間酒店，附近的食肆也很多，地鐵站公交站都在附近，很方便出行。
