It was great to stay this hotel. Crews are very friendly and kind. Especially the front desk Pang Qu Ying was absolutely friendly and taking care of me a lot. I was bery impressed with this service. Very valuable!!! Must stay again!!👍👍👍

Nice location, about five minutes from the river, which has great running and cycling tracks for long-distance exercise. The room was in an apartment-style, with plenty of room, light, and comfort. Some slight damage to walls and furnishings, but nothing major. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment, but was satisfied with everything else provided. Would recommend.

Great service, lots of staff that would always greet us. Even called us about a tiny bag we left in the hotel. The room was very clean, and we even got a free room upgrade.

This is our first choice of hotels in Shenyang. The management is excellent, and it shows in how the staff do their jobs and how they treat customers. It is always a pleasure to interact with the competent, efficient staff at the front desk. The kitchen staff prepare an excellent breakfast and are always friendly and welcoming even during the busiest times. Housekeeping on the eighth floor, especially Ms. Liu, made sure our rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with water and toiletries. She would regularly inquire whether we needed anything else during our stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel was wonderful, clean, new~ the place had a new smell as well which was nice maybe they fixed the room and did some new things but I couldn’t see any issues with the hotel and the bathroom was very clean and excellent so happy with the stay for sure

酒店離地鐵很近，走路差不多五分鐘就能到，樓下有瑞幸海底撈便利店，特別方便，房間很大很乾凈，就是隔音不太好但是沒有影響，睡覺的時候樓下也不吵，前台姐姐態度也很好，入住很方便

The room was spacious, but being newly renovated, it had a slight lingering smell. The location is absolutely fantastic, making dining incredibly convenient. Directly across from the hotel, you can literally pick any restaurant blindfolded – they're all delicious. It's also very close to the Olympic Sports Center, making it the perfect choice for concert-goers. Plus, the hotel is near the Hun River Bund Market, which offers a great variety of snacks.

Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10! Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean with stunning interior design, but their service truly stood out. When I accidentally blocked the toilet, they quickly provided another room without hesitation. The room itself was well-stocked with essentials: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, a hairdryer, slippers, closet space and even bottled water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The inclusive breakfast boasted a diverse selection, predominantly Western cuisine, which was delicious and satisfying. Thank you!
