This hotel has great location, walking distance from Shenyang Station and close to subway. The staff are very friendly, brought me coffee while I was waiting to check in. The room looks a little bit dated, but everything works and it’s clean. Breakfast is nice and offers a wide selection of food, again the staff at the cafe are very well trained. For the price, the hotel is indeed a pleasant surprise.l

Great stay. Bessie took her time out of her day to help me with all of my problems and assured me that I could ask her about any problems I might encounter. Will definitely choose Jen Shenyang for my next stay in the city.

Miss Bessie helped me carry my luggage, especially introduced delicious food nearby, and suggested that I wear a mask in crowded areas. I am happy to stay at this Hotel. Thank you Bessie!

Absolutely brilliant hotel as always, whenever we come to ShenYang we stay here, A Lawson's downstairs means you always have access to food and drink and the Lawson's means awesome coffee in the morning. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel Jen is a super hotel

The hotel is in a pretty convenient location. It is however very old fashioned.
