I've been here before, and I knew this one would be a nice place to stay a night and then to catch the morning train in the railway station. Since I have to go to the ticket office in the early morning, this place provides me the best location to there. Overall the room is good maintained, and it's easy to check in. The landlord is nice, and she will help you to check in even it's really late time. I need to mention this place is also in the center of a business district, and thus it's really easy to get all kinds of food and all etc. for entertainment. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a one night stay only, and not something luxury.

방이사진과 완전달라요!예약할때와. 달리 일단작고 더러운방줍니다! 제가 중국어하는 지인통해 강력히 항의하니 12시되어서 바꿔주겠다!일단1시간넘게 진을빼고 그보다 조금나은 방줍니다!벽지는 찢어지고 화장실은 좁고 하수구에서 썩은 냄새. 올라옵니다! 하수구 주변에 벌레 모여있다가 씻으려고하니 날아다닙니다!또하나!정말 층간소음 벽간소음 대단합니다!복도에서 떠들고!옆방서 시끄럽고!위층쪽에선 뭐끄는소리와 쿵쿵되는소리!한국인들이라면 제말 이해되실거예요..정말저같은 피해자가 없기를 바래요!

民宿位於瀋陽CBD金融中心，距離瀋陽北站500米，距離地鐵2號線金融中心站300米，交通出行非常方便，入住的房間寬敞明亮，冰箱，洗衣機一應俱全，性價比非常高，值得推薦

房間挺好的，非常大，住起來非常敞亮，採光非常好。周圍都是美食，下樓就可以找到好吃的。乾淨，整潔，無噪音，非常不錯的出行落腳選擇。性價比很高，到附近可能沒有門牌提示，要是找不到地方可以給老闆打電話，老闆人很好，很貼心的幫忙辦理入住。

如果對衞生和標準化有要求的話，慎選！三更半夜手機沒電慎選，因為地圖位置導航和實際有出入，但是客服或老闆即使半夜也會隨時發消息悉心解答。價格和實際情況相符，不存在物有所值，物超所值的情況，離車站較近屬實。
