晚上12點到達酒店，酒店服務員提前打電話詢問行程，到酒店後升了雲景雙床房，第二天早上拉開窗簾，雲景絢麗多姿，心情舒暢，體驗甚佳。早餐菜品豐富，性價比高，總之一定還回入住的酒店。

風景實在是太美了，最喜歡安靜、空氣清新的地方，適合思考和冥想。
來酒店前台辦理入住時，工作人員非常熱情，並會為我講述神農架的風土人情，而不是單調、機械式操作。

空氣很好，很安靜，適合養生。龍降坪滑雪場就在酒店上方，有接駁車接送。但是離木魚鎮中心比較遠，吃飯衹能在酒店的餐廳解決，味道一般，食材不太新鮮。。另外，離中和國際滑雪場和神龍架國際滑雪場較遠，免費大巴車要去到木魚鎮中心才有，到鎮中心大概20分鐘車程，若不是自駕的話還是別考慮了。。極其不方便。。
另外，作為一家五星級酒店，浴室的淋浴頭居然沒有高低調節，對帶娃的家庭很不友好。。望改進！！

第一次到店，很多不懂，特別謝謝酒店鄧飛飛小姐的耐心回覆，及時又熱情！
美中不足是入住時期遇見一羣大狗團隊同時入住，（23日-26日）令到好感打折，處處瀰漫著寵物的味道，雖説電梯分開使用，實際沒落實，早上在公共廁所還被大狗嚇到，希望不要再接待寵物團了，二次打卡的念頭有所動搖。

這次滑雪超滿意！酒店乾淨環境好，之前看評論反差很大。但想着畢竟五星級酒店就訂果然沒讓我失望！但酒店的滑雪場是中級的很鬥，第二天去了中和國際，這個比較適合初級，一路上山是美景！酒店班車準時，有車來回免費接送但木魚鎮再上大巴去，也快不麻煩！酒店司機服務超好，留電話隨時預約！

酒店在羣山環抱之中，門口就能看到龍降坪滑雪場。 風景優美，設備完善，滑雪休息都特別方便。 前台鄧飛飛人美心善，服務熱情大方，幫我們解決了很多問題。可惜時間太匆忙衹玩了3天，下次還會選擇這裏。

酒店在半山腰，雖然離鎮上有點距離，但是酒店有班車到木魚鎮。如果趕不上，可以與前台聯繫，前台可以提供很好的建議和幫助。我們在前台員鄧飛飛耐心的幫助下，解決遊玩神農架的難題，給她5分好評！
