Hotel is nice with some beautiful paintings everywhere. However, room was super hot all night as for some reason the thermostat did not want to click on the AC automatically. We kept having to get up and turn it down to get it to turn on. Fans in the room would have been helpful. Shower leaked as the seal was broken.
Breakfast was subpar. Eggs were like rubber. In fact, they even look like cut pieces of egg, rather than being fluffy and natural. Eggs had no flavor either.

They didn't have the room we selected. A/C was very noisy and water in the bathroom leaked. People were very nice.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I’ll return for future visits. It was safe, clean, and easy to access. The breakfast was good too.

This property was okay for what it was. The service was good as far as friendliness with the people checking us in. But we stayed for 5 days/4 nights and nobody ever came to clean up the room. I understand one of those days was Christmas- but we stayed for 2 more nights after and no one ever came despite us requesting it.
The showers also had bad pressure and didn't stay hot for too long. There was a constant buzzing that never went away in the room, we were told it's the dehumidifier and there was no way to turn it off. That was awful for my fiance who is a very light sleeper. Overall, I don't think I'd stay here again nor recommend it to family or friends.

Room is not clean. In the corners old dirty plastic silverware and plastic wraps. Around garbage can dirty floor.

We were there from Tuesday till check out on Monday. We did not have any room cleaning at all, were told by staff they would come to clean on the 4th night but never happened. We took out our own trash and had to do to the lobby to get bath towels. Only 1 elevator was working. It was a huge week with soccer events and they did not properly staff the hotel even though they knew they were going to be sold out.

When we checked in there is no room type that we reserved. The front desk insisted that is not what we paid for . We finally showed her our confirmation email. After five minutes they finally reluctantly upgraded us to a corner suite.

This hotel is clean, quiet and affordable with free parking and breakfast. The front desk person Ariana is fantastic, very professional and welcoming. Be careful of rooms on the top floor until they insulate the ceilings or fix the roof A.C. unit(s). The night staff assigned me the furthest room on the top floor. The room was nice, but there was a continuous fast-pulsing, low-bass, low-volume sound and vibration that 'revved' intermittently throughout the room. It made it impossible to sleep. The staff were able to reassign me to a lower floor and all was good.

Great place clean and comfortable. Only thing was the free breakfast was not the greatest. Prefer to stay somewhere that has it to speed things up in the morning
