Amazing stay. The house is spotlessly clean the furniture is modern. Bath and shower worked perfectly. Host is a fantastic sociable man. Thank you The house is right next to the centre, walking distance to train station. There are shops closed by which are 24 hours, whilst also being in a quiet location which is rare to find. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

******* the host was super friendly and attentive. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. However, the bedroom had just a bed (very big and comfy), two tiny bedside units, and a mirror on the floor. There was no storage of any sort so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. Instead of a waste bin, there was a small plastic bag. The shared bathroom had a bath but no shower, not even inside the bath. The house is in a busty residential area with large new townhouses, so parking can be difficult. ******* said that he will add to the furniture and install a shower head but until that happens it is overpriced (£80) for a room with no en-suite.

"Great hospitality, the man inside the house constantly checked on us - lovely guy to speak to. He has multiple rooms in his household that he uses for hotel-style rooms and you have the basis amenities inside. Clean and very hygienic."

Good and quiet location not far walking distance from the centre of the city.

房東非常熱情，很積極向上的一個人，和我們聊家常，幫我們叫車。 房間每個地方都非常乾淨，白色的地毯都不忍心留下一點痕跡，廚房設備整齊乾淨可以熱食物。 整體舒適度高，好評！ 從火車站出來打車8分鐘就到，搜S2 3AD直接就到，走路也就20分鐘，很方便。

原來想訂的酒店沒房了，看到25年薪裝修而且五分好評，馬上定了。非常寧靜小區裏面，家家都有攝像頭，安保措施非常好。房間非常乾淨漂亮，衞生間非常整潔乾淨，看得出來房東非常非常愛乾淨。因為樓梯和房間鋪的是白色地毯，行李箱都放在最底層不上樓，要脱鞋上樓，非常理解，我都不捨得弄臟白白的地毯。自己可以準備一雙乾淨拖鞋，廚房地面是瓷磚，冬天還是有點涼的。廚房共用，可以用微波爐熱熟食，燒開水，不能做飯菜。房東還貼心準備了一些零食，其中一種是非洲的零食“Qinqin”，很好吃。晚上熱情的房東陪我聊了很久，第一次知道自己的三腳貓英語還有能支撐與老外的對話那麼久。房東非常熱情、很貼心，熱水壺裡麪隨時注滿了冷水，一按鍵就可以燒。早上還貼心為我叫了UBER。總之，房間非常乾淨漂亮，房東熱情細心，可以閉眼安心入住。 衞生間毛巾架是立體的，好貼心的設計，贊一個！ 另外，給攜程提個意見：攜程的地圖顯示酒店在市中心，我們準備走過去的，但因為太冷，叫了UBER，到了才發現方向完全相反，也不在鬧市區。希望攜程馬上改正，在國外語言不通，還要被攜程的地圖誤導，這麼折騰的話，太可憐了。

攜程上直接導航的地址不準確，先是導去了一個挺偏的大廠房，觀感不佳，後又重新輸入地址才到達。如其他住客留言，房東非常注重整潔，也熱情好客，設施非常新。非常用心的一間民宿。房東為單身男子，介意勿入。
