房間是近兩年新裝修的，複合地板，容易清理，床品還不錯，整體比較衞生。是老縣委招待所改制後由3個老闆投標買下的，這家是其中之一。結果一個院子3個機構，多少影響整體佈局。有通往古城的後門，逛古城非常方便。早餐比較簡單，品種不多。但價位在哪裡，不能求全責備。住了4天，早出晚歸到周邊遊覽。停車還方便。車位比較緊張。

房間很寬敞，甚至類似於mini套房了。停車位在旺季有點緊張，但是指揮還不錯。熱水很熱。隔音一般，吃完早飯回房間甚至能聽到樓下阿姨在邊刷**邊打掃衞生的聲音。牆上洗髮水的撥桿是壞的，衹能清水洗了個頭。早餐特別差勁，8點半去都沒什麼東西了，饅頭都是涼的，還不如漢庭。不過講究旅遊景區週末這個價格，也不能多苛責，雖然我寧願他漲個20塊錢，早餐再提高一點。

空調很不行很不制熱，趕上凍雨天氣這房間住着太冷太冷小孩子睡一晚都凍感冒，廁所洗澡的花灑還是壞的巨漏水，澡也沒法洗，旅遊史上住的最不舒服的一家了，第一次給差評就給了這一家，打前台電話反映，説這間房間空調已經算很好了😓

酒店步行到徽州府衙五分鐘，停車場雖然小但有人管理指揮。房間裏床品非常非常舒適，房間不大功能齊全。
早餐簡單，牛奶和豆漿口味都比較甜，反饋後酒店人員説瞭解一下。
退房後贈送了一小袋菊花茶和酥餅，給雨中徽州之行增添了暖意。

房間乾淨整潔，價格實惠，後門可以直接進古城，離老虎灶和靈山酒釀都很近，酒店早餐還有徽州的一些特色小吃，石頭稞，頂市酥，黃山燒餅，前台美女們態度温柔有禮貌，可以寄存行李還送了伴手禮，非常滿意～

酒店位置方便，有停車場，續住了一天，酒店老闆很負責，幫助協調房間。前台服務熱情，下次還會選擇這裏。推薦給了朋友們。

酒店位置很好，距離古城和漁梁壩很近。因為是以前的招待所，所以房間基本上都很大。老式空調，不是很會弄，打電話給幫忙調。酒店含雙早，早餐的梅乾菜餅好吃，走的時候送小禮品，開心😄

酒店位於微州古城邊上，到各個景點都比較方便。酒店不大，但前門有個小院子，店內有個長廊，房價也不高，性價比還可以。

酒店不錯，服務也很好，不是像評論裏面有一些差評所説的。不錯。出門右轉就能到古城，很方便，就是節日開車過來路上有一段路程很堵，畢竟就兩個車道
