Hoe het te zeggen, ik ben best tevreden met de service van het personeel van het restaurant van het hotel, maar het managementpersoneel van het hotel, ik heb echt het gevoel dat ze erg respectloos zijn en het imago van het merk Hilton helemaal niet kunnen vertegenwoordigen, en ze betalen niet veel aandacht voor de wensen van de gebruikers.De pendelbus moet een half uur wachten en ook het hotel rekent meer aan. Ik ben erg ontevreden over het personeel in dit hotel

Very helpful staff for flight bookings and local advice. Great view from the beach-side bar. Egyptian style spa was worth a try. The huge pool on the inland side weirdly lacks any deep area at all, seems designed only for kids.

A good hotel, with a nice pool area and a decent gym.
A bit out of the way from the main town, has a small beach area. If you have mobility issues then be aware its built on a slope, and if you want to swim in the sea,there are a lot of steps.
Be aware of the mosquitos after 6pm !!!

Lovely stay! Near the airport and soho square (shops and restaurants). Room is cosy, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Concierge supervisor made my partner’s stay during his birthday extra special with an upgrade and a surprise cake. We were both very happy with the service. House reef is really great for snorkelling. Staff always made sure we are comfortable and safe. Breakfast and food options could be improved.
