There was a inconvenience during check in as the receptionist told us that they couldn’t find our booking. Then I made a call to trip.com. It took 30 minutes to get this matter resolved.

Отличный отель!!! Хорошо всё. Обслуживание,номер, персонал. Единственное нет рядом пляжа, для тех кто хочет, вышел и на море, не подходит. Но если планируете взять машину, то это не проблема. Мы брали, утром просыпались, если хотели на море брали плавки, в машину, 5 минут и ты на пляже.

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made.
All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

we had six rooms and we really liked the over exprince. the spa was great, the rooms - big and new. tips for the futre: 1. longer hours at the pool and spa. 2. improve your breakfast. 3. ask the families and kids to be a little more quiet in the weekends. 4. some of the rooms had to much noise from outside works

Easily the worst hotel i’ve stayed in. Rooms are basically boxes that feel industrial, breakfast they don’t care. Just no character to the hotel at all (I stayed at several other hotels in Sharjah just beforehand and they were good). Don’t bother. This is the first time i’ve ever wrote a review like this..

It's a 3 stars hotel not 5* First of all the receptionists are not professional at all while talking to him he was shewing gum and not helpful at all I have an upgrade for free but they let me pay for it ,walls and doors were dirty mini bar very old and empty the hotel smell was so bad no covered parking I tried breakfast one time it was very low quality

Very good staff and excellent customer service, specially house keepers cleaned my room everyday which I liked it.
Very respectful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was in The Act Hotel in Sharjah ,it was very nice and everywhere is clean .Breakfast and dinner international buffet .Stuff was very helpful and kind ,I want to say thank to Mohsin and Shajah they are helped so much .I liked also location was very comfortable for me near the sea and market ,pazar everything.
