The room is dirty with black stains in the bathroom. The floor is also dirty, old and neglected. There were no cleaning staff in the afternoon so when my toilet clogged they told me to fix it myself. Whats worse is their staff, so rude and impatient. I've traveled in 绍兴 for a long time and this is the worst hotel I have gone to. Unbelievable.

酒店的環境房間和圖片上一模一樣，比預期的還要好，房間視野開闊，窗外景色很好。酒店有自助洗衣房帶烘乾機很方便，早餐種類也很多，有現煮麪條餛飩。整體入住體驗感很棒。最重要的是，價格非常實惠，性價比超高！以後來這邊還會選擇這家酒店！JJ

住過最最最噁心的酒店，沒有之一！！！到處顯得臟兮兮，屋裡巨臭！巨巨巨噁心！！！雖然換了房，也還是臭，整個酒店設施巨老！前台服務倒是還不錯，早餐特別差勁！

房間比較安靜，地理位置還可以距離地鐵站不遠，衞生需要加強，地上角落裡很多灰塵，沒有掃乾淨

環境舒適，房間挺大的，衞生乾淨，我定的是舒適的前台告知舒適是要走一層樓梯，看我有帶大件行李免費給我升級了高級大床，還贈送了兩份早餐，早餐樣式也挺多的，出差旅遊是個不錯的選擇，附近有銀泰，拐彎就有飯店，酒店正大門出去還有共享單車，這對於我來説非常的方便
