視眼真的很棒，能直接看到對岸，距離萬象城也很近。管家也會很貼心的詢問是否要晚安甜品跟早餐。住了兩晚，每晚的甜茶都不一樣。很棒！
設施：都很新，投屏也很清晰
衞生：打掃很乾凈
服務：管家迴應很及時。

酒店特別適合帶兩個孩子出行的家庭，兩張1.8米的床，一家人可以休息的很舒服，圖片跟實際一致，客服對於停車和服務等注意事項説明的非常清晰，酒店地理位置優越，交通方便，旁邊就是萬象城，離其他景點、海邊步道和龍眼南路美食街都很近，非常推薦哦….

公寓位置很好，在最繁華的商區，步行到萬象城很近，服務的話微信聯繫管家，有早餐和晚間甜品，按需提供。 住了幾天我們也沒需要打掃衞生，所以其他的服務也沒體會到。 總的挺適合親子和朋友出行

地理位置很好，後面就是萬象城購物廣場。去龍眼南路也衹用步行15分鐘左右，去吳記富苑也衹用步行20分鐘，都可以吃完溜達了回來正好消消食。已經是第二次入住了，比上次感受更好。入住前最好提前聯繫客服加微信，有什麼需求都可以和他們聯繫溝通，回覆也很及時。這次入住中雖然出了一些小問題，但是客服的解決很及時。下次再來還會是我的首選。

房間空間很大，設施非常齊全（冰箱洗衣機齊全），周邊環境很好很方便，管家非常細心，服務很好！帶孩子來旅遊，一進房間就説像家的感覺，真心值得推薦！👍👍👍下次來還住這裏，太喜歡了💕

房間很大，我們是兩大兩小出行，帶了3個行李箱，還很寬敞，房間裏配有洗衣機，就是洗澡的時候，兩個人中間儘量要隔開一段時間。入住當晚還送了飲品，早飯也很豐盛。公寓邊上比較繁華，去龍眼南路直接樓下小毛驢就可以了，很方便！孩子還一直問能在房間住幾晚。因為需要延時退房，跟公寓負責人聯繫以後，讓我們打包好行李，拍照給他們，他們幫我們把行李收好，玩好回到公寓去其他樓層找他們拿就可以了，真的很方便。

朋友出來玩，訂的較大的房間，樓下一張床，樓上兩張床，去的那天感覺屋裡比外面熱很多，而且是燥熱，而且屋內有一個水管似乎常年不用，打開水籠頭裡面有小強🪳。跟房東説了當天給了冷風扇，第二天換了房間，新換的房間非常好，無論採光，衞生都非常好，而且沒有燥熱的感覺，兩天外面氣温相同。房型雖然一樣，但新換的樓層低且朝向與前一間不同。晚安甜水也好喝，早餐也不錯。

跟父母潮汕旅遊，汕頭站選了這家公寓。中肯的評價：服務態度很好，我很滿意。有求必應，能考慮到長者，優先對待。原先預訂的房間因設施問題導致無法入住，後客服管家立馬給我們三款升級的房型任選。每天有贈送早餐與晚上甜點。酒店地理位置不錯，出行打車都很方便，屬於市中心的位置。但不足的是，設施維護的不好，不是這邊壞就是那邊壞。以及酒店的淋浴是用電的，一家人無法連續洗澡以及盡情享受淋浴的過程，因總會擔心會沒有熱水。還有就是酒店的空調是中央空調，需要物業大廈管控，無法做到自由使用（當然這些是客觀原因）。但對於我本人選擇酒店的標準，地理位置、24小時有連續的熱水供應，以及設施實用且最好智能或者較新，床品舒適，環境乾淨整潔這些對我來説非常重要。因出來旅遊，酒店的床品，環境衞生、以及是否有隨時充足的淋浴熱水是對於每位出來旅遊的朋友們最好的温馨保障。衷心希望貴店能在地裏位置的優勢上，後續設施的更新換代以及良好維護都能一一改進，最後還是要説一聲謝謝這兩天的照顧。

管家服務很好，頭天入住的房間有點氣味跟管家反應，很快的幫忙解決了，而且有提供早餐和晚安茶，會很細心的問你幾點送到，且非常準時。公寓地理位置很好，出門去萬象城和小吃街都是步行可達的距離。
