Breakfast for two days are good with varieties and quiet environment. Front desk personnel were very helpful in making ehailing on behalf for visitors who don't have any e wallets and hailing apps. A Mr.Liu and his colleague were most friendly and courteous.Access to high speed train is just a 10 minutes pedestrian walkway through an underground passage.

is basically right in front of train station. Still there is a major road that cannot be crossed.
there is an underground passage that is not indicated! Luckily there was another Chinese guy going that direction and after we could not find it, he asked and a guard took us down to it.
Hotel should push the town, police or else, to make big signs and indicate how to cross the street.

Great location (close to the big shopping center, train and bus stations). Very friendly and helpful staff. New furniture, quite clean, but has slight cigarette smell in the room. If my friends will be traveling in Shantou I would definitely recommend this place to them.

Nice interior design. Enough space. Breakfast is too simple for 28cny, I didn't take it. There is no restaurant around either. 15-min walk from the train station (not straight and not an easy path if going with luggage, so unless you want to be at walking distance, I'd suggest to book another nearby hotel going by taxi). To sum up: high value for money if you want to be very close to the station.

1、靠馬路的房間非常吵，窗户的隔音非常差，幾乎和直接睡在大馬路上沒區別
2、被套破洞，衞生狀況也不好
3、晚上淋浴頭沒有熱水，簡直令人髮指，2024年了還有酒店沒有熱水的情況，到半夜1點才有，給前台打電話每次都説5分鐘就能好，前台交接班換人了也沒好，嘴裏沒一句實話
總結:翻了下這家酒店的差評確實很中肯，小作坊、非常吵、態度不好等，訂酒店還是應該多看差評，祝店家新的一年早日倒閉

比較一般，過年都是瘋漲價格，沒辦法，住的房間靠馬路沒辦法睡覺，車太多了，拖鞋成本需要5毛錢嗎，這個我很想問，平時200多過年1000，有點瘋狂
