The service was exceptional. Our room was too cold so they changed us to another room which was warmer and also much bigger. The food was good although we were the only people at the hotel due to the pandemic we got to choose what we wanted for dinner at a very reasonable price.

關於房間，我定的雙床房，面積是可以的，但是浴室的淋浴間少一個門，有洗澡很冷，排風扇上面一大塊牆皮，搖搖欲墜。洗手間，的紙巾非常少，要反覆問服務員要
關於衞生，地面的地毯很臟，感覺從來不清潔，茶杯上面有沒洗乾淨的茶漬。
酒店沒有午餐和晚餐，是的，你沒聽錯，沒有，如果需要用餐，請點外賣，在酒店裡麪點外賣，你能理解嗎？
兩千多一天的房間費用，但是每一瓶純凈水要額外收費2元。額外收費。
早餐有，但除了雞蛋之外沒有蛋白質，牛奶不是鮮牛奶，是奶粉，咖啡是沖泡的速溶。沒有勺子，離譜嗎？沒勺子，哈哈。差評，有多差給多差。

和網上圖片一樣，房間乾淨衞生，一家四口睡一間都很舒服，特別開心的是一衹蟲子都沒有，孩子很擔心有蟲子🐞！一進酒店大廳都被驚艷到了，好大好寬敞的大堂，在亞布力附近過夜的一定要找高檔一點的酒店，不然會有很多小蟲子🐞找你，還貼心的送了新年福袋，謝謝

一晚上2000多的酒店，感覺跟200多的差不多，住了兩個晚上。先説幾個親身體驗吧，（1）進酒店停車場的路沒有除冰，路上滑的很，開車進進出出好多次，每次都在那個轉彎處做漂移，車是雪地胎。（2）酒店連行李車都沒有，也沒有加濕器，衞生間洗澡是浴缸，沒有淋浴的地方，要站在浴缸裏洗，設施老舊。（3）第二天回酒店的時候，發現打掃衞生的就給我把垃圾桶倒了下，就補了幾瓶水，連床上的被子都沒給我整理。總之是5星級的價格，招待所的設施跟服務

房間比較舊，特別是安排的車很不靠譜，因為提前滑完了所以跟師傅説先走，結果不能來接的情況下説給我換車，中間司機電話關機、換了兩次車，最後火車飛機都沒趕上，跟司機協調態度還很蠻橫，完全不認錯。要價還特別高。大家千萬別用，雪場有出租車應該很方便。

特別為保潔遲榮阿姨點贊，當遲榮阿姨看見我裹着被子躺在床上生病了，立刻給我搬來了取暖器，倒上熱水，還要幫我去拿葯，真是太熱心和暖心了！

疫情後重新啟用，但基本衹剩下了睡覺功能。很可惜，位置也非常好，疫情前是度假區最好的酒店，但現在，衹能哎了！
