It was a pleasant stay for me and my friend during our trip at Shangri-la. The guesthouse location is a real plus point where the taxi is able to stop directly in front of the guesthouse. As the taxi is usually not able to go into ancient town, and the stone road are not easy to bring your luggage along. Lady boss is friendly and helpful by giving us tips on how to travel around to all the atrractions. The room is filled with all the amenities as described. And lastly there are 2 cute cats 🐈 called "wang cai" and "jin zi".

This is a return stay after our side trip. The owner as ever was very friendly and ready to help. The room was clean and warm with all you need provided. It is definitely our choice of accomodation and will recommend to friends and families coming to Shangri-La.

The room filled with thoughtfulness such as oxygen maker machine, humidifier make this stay bearable in such a cold weather. The oxygen machine helped me recovered from AMS is short period of time.
The lady owner is such a nice lady. She even made me a nice and warm dinner seeing me traveling alone.
Thanks for everything in shangrila and I am so grateful to choose this hotel. I highly recommended Shangjing Shengtu if you wanna visit Shangrila.

Not a nice experience staying with this hotel since the staff is not willing to help and the attitude is not good. However, the hotel room is clean and stylish. The public place is nice decoration. I guess they only need to train again the staff in respect of service and attitude to clients.
