Everything was perfect. Charming hotel in the old town, very close to one of the monasteries. The hotel rooms are beautiful. All Staff helpful and kind. Overcame language barrier by using WeChat.

Hotel very clean and warm. The floor is heated. Staff are very friendly and informative with the activity around Shangri- La. Hotel driver brought us to the place for visit abd also to the railway station.

Loved our stay at Arro Khampa and would surely come back! Our room was beautifully furnished, with unbeatable views of the central temples of Shangri La’s old town right out of our window on the second floor. Some of the members of staff can communicate pretty well in English, which was perfect to be able to schedule day trips around the region (which is stunning) and organise pick-ups to and from the railway station. Only ‘but’ to note was the quality of the included breakfast, which felt a bit subpar in comparison to pretty much everything else in this wonderful boutique hotel. Otherwise all fantastic!

The hotel is Tibetan-styled and really very good and unique,it is located near the centre of Dukezong Old Town. The hotel has a very good view of the Big Temple which is a short walk from the hotel. Staff working there are very hospitable and helpful. They also speak good english. Room ventilation could be improved. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing hotel with perfect location, right in the centre of old town. Friendly and efficient staff. Very cosy and well appointed rooms.

The hotel is very good, providing a really high standard in the middle of shangrilas old town.
The owner is very kind. He offered us to drink a beer with him, told us his live story and the next day, we did a hike together! Really kind person!
