The hotel was beautiful in an excellent location in ShangriLa. The rooms were well appointed and had good heating. Breakfast was good, but note there is only one option available.
Unfortunately, perhaps, because it was during the off season, it felt like we were staying in a closed hotel. The hotel had a beautiful bar with nobody working, a nice outdoor area with heat lamps that were never on, and the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit unprepared and surprised at our arrival. We requested help cleaning our laundry and ended up paying an extremely high 288 CNY after being quoted 100 CNY which felt dishonest.
All of these problems would have been ok if we paid half of the $160 a night we paid, but at that price point in Yunnan, our expectations for service were high. Perhaps other guests will have better experiences when the property is properly staffed during the main season.

This is an amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The manager and staff make sure that all guests are comfortable and taken care of, and everyone went out of their way to help us make our way around the town. The rooms are very comfortable, and the ambiance of the whole place is authentic to the area.

Excellent service, the owner is super friendly and helpful, always trying to assist with guests need and his English is very good so easy to communicate . The location is also very convenient. The hotel has extraordinary common areas, their design is really unique. The rooms are decorated in a traditional ******* style. Also the breakfast is very good, various choice of vegetables and fruits together with traditional rice noodles and cakes.

香裏格拉獨克宗古城：桑別珠院民宿͏
第一次體了驗藏式民宿，藏特族色的建築，質木的桌，椅藏式的擺件，可以感到受老闆的品味用和心。院內景風也非常美不，管走到哪一處，能都感受藏到族藝術氣的息
房間內的活生用品是也一應俱全，男生需要的刮刀胡，女孩子需要洗的臉巾護 膚品 發護素 體身乳，面膜，補水霧噴，還有女扎生頭髮的小皮筋都有哦非，常貼，心體驗感超級nice

我們從大理過來的，所以穿得很少，特別冷，酒店雖然沒有空調，服務員給我們拿了暖氣爐，地暖熱得有點慢，服務沒得説，特別貼心，準備了面膜，防曬，眼鏡，早餐都是送到房間的，還特別豐富，走的時候還給我們送了平安福，值得去打卡

酒店是我比較喜歡的韻味，石頭地板，樓層木式格局，在古城邊上，晚上十分的安靜，對我這種晚上對聲音敏感的人非常舒服，可以安靜的睡個好覺，到古城住值得推薦的地方

絕對是香格里拉的頂級享受，優美的環境，貼心的服務，美味的早餐，房間居然還配備着精美的藏式太陽帽，讓我一個沿海人瞬間變成了高原上的康巴漢子。強烈推薦桑珠別院

酒店裝修高檔並且十分有特色，房間內吧枱，出行用的東西衣櫃都都有準備好，看得出來店家非常用心，餐廳也很裝潢很有格調，餐桌用桌布鋪着很高檔，早餐也很可口
