Location is not far from major square. Room was well clean and equipped with floor heating, humidifier and oxygen generator which very recommended for high altitude so you could sleep comfortably. Owner was nice and help us with necessary information such transportation to Potatso National. Recommend

Location is in walking distance to the old town so it s quite peaceful. There is heater in the shower room which is great. Owner is very friendly and helpful. U can take water as many as you want.

Very nice place, the room is big, The bed very comfortable and the shower works perfectly. The bathroom was clean but some hair on the floor, but overall okay. The location was great, no noisy at all and a lot of restaurants nearby. We had a late checkout and they stored our luggage while we were waiting for our flight at night. Shangri-la was amazing! Thank you

Hotel is within walking distance to the dukezong ancient city which was quite convenient. Hosts were quite helpful. However, the place was full of cigarette/smoke smell (except for our own room) which we did not really enjoy. However, if you are okay with it, then it should be fine.

The place is clean and the room quite new. It is closed to restaurants and grocery stores. I love the place.

Good location, very near old town and Dafo Temple.
Facilities are good. No air conditioner as they inform but not hot. Good staff but their telephone no. in detail I think it's incorrect. They should update the correct one.'

The smell of the place is so awful, all staff smoking whole day . We can smell the smoke from the windows as they don’t have air conditioning in all rooms so We have to open the windows. And the house keeping are not cleaning up properly the room remains messy after we request for housekeeping. The pillows have bad smells too ..
