De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Een echte aanrader! ! !
De baas is gewoon de god van het vermijden van pits in Shangri-La, en raadt enkele van de weinige attracties aan waar we naartoe gaan.Kortom, het is een echte aanrader

Vervoer: In de kleine dorpjes van Shangri-La kunt u alpengraslanden en runderen, schapen en paarden zien als u eropuit gaat.U kunt in 15 minuten rijden om de Napa Sea Highway te ervaren en u kunt de oude stad Dukezong in 10 minuten bereiken .
Hygiëne: schoon en netjes, de hele homestay heeft etnische kenmerken buiten de deur, maar de kamers zijn zeer modern.
Omgeving: De nabije lucht is fris en je kunt op het grasland wandelen als je eropuit gaat.
Service: De baas is erg enthousiast. Shangri-La heeft een rijke toeristische kennis en zal veel winnen na de uitwisseling. De obers en zussen zijn serieus en verantwoordelijk, en zijn gastvrij.

10 minutes drive from Shangri La train station. Really amazed with the view from the room, mountain, prairie and blue sky right in front of us!

Super stay! Really welcoming host, offered free drinks, local information, and even a late check-out. Surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Within the room, the amenities we're great including an electric heating blanket, a/c, and a Japanese style electric toilet. Within the hotel there is a restaurant, pool table, and swimming area with a great view. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very strategically located at one of the most scenic area of NapaSea, and is very clean, well kept. The counter service is great too, they even upgraded our rooms to a bigger, scenic room for free!!! And, they provided free shuttle service from the railway station (or can claim back from them by showing the bill). The room itself, has heating service, oxygen supply, and is super roomy and clean. A thumbs up for them!!!

酒店位置很好，前台帅哥小哥哥还帮我们免费升级了更大更美的房间，行李也是帮我们抬上楼下楼的。丝滑入住！！！打车去古城也不难，因为选择住这里就是风景实在是太美了！！！酒店外就是石卡路，还有遍野的小花、草原、蓝天白云、牛羊成群。性价比高，服务好，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很好。非常值得推荐的一家！！！

Great scenery, quiet ambience, free upgrade room upon checkin. Owner is friendly and help us to arrange pickup for tour and also recommend us nice restaurant. We also got reimbursement for taxi fares from railway station.

We really enjoyed our 2nights stay at the hotel. We were picked up by Mr.Zhou at 830am from the airport and brought us for short tour to the stupa. We are grateful for an early checkin at 930am.
Mr Zhou continue to arrange for tours fulfilling our requests.
Highly recommended hotel anytime.

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. I really like the amenities and services. The hotel owner always took care of us by texting wechat to ask what we want. The room was clean and spacious. This is the nice place to stay in Shangri La!

The room was so dirty and smelly. The water in the pool not even filled and there was algae infestation on the wall. We were shocked when we arrived and immediately cancelled the booking and booked another hotel. The hotel messaged us that they would able to refund 50% for us but when we requested, they rejected our request.
