We chose Capella for our first visit to Shanghai. Truly, it is a charming and supremely tranquil hotel in the heart of the city. The warmth and eagerness of the staff to assist us left us deeply moved. Every detail in our villa was meticulously and elegantly arranged, from the placement of the slippers to the absolutely silent light switches. We've stayed in many luxurious hotels and received beautiful luggage tags upon checkout, but the farewell gift from Capella left an impression far warmer and more memorable in our hearts. A truly elegant and exquisite experience.

완전 특급호텔이 뭔지 경험할 수 있었습니다 ♥️
2025 새해를 맞이하기에 딱인, 더없이 훌룡한 곳이었습니다.
옛 상하이 스타일의 멋들어진 3층 짜리 집 하나를 모두 사용할 수 있고, 마치 하나의 마을에 들어온듯한 느낌이었습니다.
체크인 순간부터 체크아웃까지 모든 게 완벽했습니다.
체크인 직후에는 함께 동행해주셔서 가는법 부터, 1층-3층( + 옥상) 까지 하나하나 섬세하고 친절하게 안내해주셨습니다.
직원분들은 모두 전문적이고, 카펠라에 애정과 자부심이 있으셔서 좋았습니다 . 1월1일 새해라고 주변 레스토랑도 배려깊게 추천해주시고, 모든 필요한 것 다 도와주신다고 하셨었어요.
룸컨디션도 최고이고, 웰컴푸드인 케이크도 무척 맛있어요
화장실도 두개나 있는게 은근 편리했습니다.
창문에 커튼으로 햇빛도 조절할 수 있었고, 상하이 전통 캔디와 전통 만화, 중간에 기념품이라고 주신 나무 책꽂이 (?) 도 인상적이었습니다.
1층 문과 작은 테라스(?)도 너무 아름답고 좋았습니다.
거실과 침실이 아예 다른 층으로 구분되어있는것도 좋았습니다.
보통다른 호텔들은 2박이상일때 방을 정리해주시는데, 나갈때마다 섬세하게 방을 정리해주셨어요. 처음에는 1박이라 방을 정리해주실거라 생각못해서
조금 깜짝놀랐는데, 물어보니 외출할때마다 섬세하게 정리해주신다고 합니다. 미니바도 자개장으로 너무 멋졌어요. 라이브러리도 멋진곳이고 , 초콜렛도 맛있어요!
조식도 피에르 가니에르에서 먹을 수 있었는데, 한국에서도 피에르 가니에르를 맛있게 먹었어서 반가웠습니다. 하지만 프렌치 식당에서 중식 메뉴를 주문한 거라 조식은 엄청! 맛있지는 않았던거같아요.허허 다음에는 프렌치메뉴로 선택하거나 아예 디너로 먹는게 더 좋을 것 같아요.
체크아웃할때도 선물도 챙겨주시고, 택시 잡아주시는 것까지 , 비록 하루였지만 중국 공주가 (?)된 느낌이었습니다
다음 여행때도, 그리고 다른 카펠라도 가보고 싶어졌습니다 감사해요♥️

카펠라를 사랑하는
1인입니다.
방콕 싱가포르 시드니를 거쳐서 네 번째 카펠라인데
부대시설은 다른 카펠라에 비해서 아쉬운 부분이 많지만
룸 컨디션은 최고였습니다.
상하이 카펠라만의 아름다움을 느낄 수 있었어요!!

After visiting Capella in Bangkok, Singapore, and Sydney, this is my fourth Capella experience.
Although the facilities were somewhat lacking compared to other Capella properties, the room condition was absolutely top-notch.
I could truly feel the unique beauty of Capella Shanghai.
我是卡佩拉的忠实粉丝。
继曼谷、新加坡和悉尼之后，这是我第四次入住卡佩拉酒店。
虽然与其他卡佩拉相比，这里的配套设施稍显不足，但房间的条件绝对是一流的。
我真切感受到了上海卡佩拉独特的美丽。

之前去pierre家吃法餐瞭解到建業裏還有一家酒店，一直想來體驗，所以選了跨年夜來特別紀念一下。前台ethan非常認真負責，早早和我們溝通了入住的各種細節，做了精心佈置，還幫忙接收了我們自備送來的鮮花和香檳。孩子特別喜歡這裏的草莓蛋糕，老洋房也很有特色，住起來也舒服，空調特別給力，我和娃住在主卧很開心。管家居然也是24小時的。唯一美中不足的就是住在亭子間的胖胖兒，一直能聽見下水的聲音，半夜四點也沒睡着。

非常棒的一次體驗，感受了一回老上海風情的石庫門別墅。特別表揚這裏的服務，尤其是為我們辦理入住的張yi lei（衹知道讀音，不知道姓名怎麼寫）耐心細緻，儀式感十足。二樓還送了小人書，簡直是驚喜！
嘉佩樂啟晨儀式: 印象最深，會提供復古的上世紀申報作為留影道具，在文藝的圖書館裏留下“小資”的身影，還能打印出來帶走作為留念。值班經理馬丁簡直是拍照高手，不厭其煩的給我們動作指導和場景引導，為他的耐心點贊！
嘉佩樂入夜儀式: 每天不同的定製雞尾酒，不能自選，不過主要勝在環境和氣氛。
嘉佩樂圖書館專享禮遇: 入住第一天就被文化氛圍包裹，雖説是圖書館，不過更像大堂吧，有一些簡單的餅乾、蛋糕、水果可以自選。
總體來説住得非常舒適，服務非常棒，十分願意再次入住，並且推薦給身邊的朋友。
