Actually this hotel no longer available.
The hotel staff next to this hotel said this hotel already closed for 4month. Arrived at 11pm and last minute find another hotel. Its weekend nights so mostly hotel already full. So just sleep in the car haha. Customer services located at Shanghai China so i think we need trips.com customer services at malaysia so they will much understand current situation.
