Highly recommended. Walking distance to everything. Very close to plaza de armas, bus station to the airport.

Paar nachten in dit appartement complex geslapen. Dit gekozen ivm zwembadje dat op het dak aanwezig was. Erg klein maar in ieder geval verkoelend. Aardige Ierse dame aan de receptie had ons een ander appartement gegeven met klein balkonnetje. Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers. Trapje naar boven. Auto hadden we in de garage geparkeerd. (20 € per nacht)

Zeer goed gelegen, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van Las Setas en Calle Sierpes. Ruim, schoon en comfortabel appartement. Goede algemene voorzieningen. Zeer professioneel werk, zeer snel. Het zwembad op de bovenste verdieping is ok, maar het lijkt groter op de foto's. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

My first stay here last month was amazing, we returned today to a nightmare. The front desk was closed with a number to call if problems and an address to go to a neighbour hotel to check in. The neighbour hotel was not named. I tried to find on google maps and it wouldn’t show. After nearly an hour I returned to hotel and saw map on outer door to second location. I took map and tried to follow, asking people on street for assistance. Each person sent me in a different location. None of the hotels I went into were correct. Finally I added an eSIM and Waze app and it took me to correct location when a staff member chastised me for opening a sliding door that was broken unfortunately note on door was in Spanish which I don’t read. Finally I was checked in. I sent 3 emails and called them more than a dozen times during this time and zero response. When I said that at check in the poor reception person said she was only one on and too busy to answer. Needless to say, we wasted our entire day that was supposed to be for booked tours etc as we needed to park the car at hotel. I cannot say anything positive at all, and challenge the manager to do a better job for guests then leaving front desk empty with no staff. I will not return.

It was a fantastic apartment, very clean, friendly staff! Nice shower :-) Nice beds! Super locatie! The only thing I missed was some hooks on the doors to hang coats/towels, for example. If I go to Seville again, I will definitely come back here! I recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Location not too touristy and quiet. Spacious room and 20min walk to attraction. Friendly and polite receptionist, you can leave the luggage with them if arrive before checkin. Cons: the toilet is in the middle of the room and we can smell drainage smell after 1 day, not very strong but still unpleasant. Dryer is not working thus we need to send our laundry to laundromat dryer next morning
Overall, is a nice place to stay.
