Top service. Het personeel denkt goed mee in oplossingen. Ontbijt was lekker, vers en heel uitgebreid. Verder was de locatie perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, beautiful, and smelled like jasmine. The beds were comfy and I slept better than I normally do when I’m travelling. The little wine bar next to the dining area is cozy and perfect for quiet time to unwind. And finally, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfy, including finding a space for my friend to watch World Cup.
Only issue was that the bathroom sink water flow would abruptly stop and then projectile spew - maybe a problem with the pipes?

Excellent staff, beautiful older hotel yet modernized and clean. Within walking distance of cathedral. Restaurant very good.
Would definitely stay again.

Really nice and helpful staff, great location.
Internet a Little flaky in the room. Was accidentally overcharged when paying - the bill was correct- the staff rectified the problem and could not do more to explain or help

What a hidden gem! From entering into a light, spacious and delightfully fragrant space to the friendliness and helpfulness of the superb staff, our stay was wonderful. One of the best places we have stayed.

The hotel was close to the Cathedral and lots of restaurants. Taxi stand and horse carriages are within five minute walking distance. Loved the historic surrounding area. Safe. Hotel room was spacious.

Hotel is a gem-fantastic location, beautiful courtyard restaurant and rooftop bar. As a gold member, I was offered champagne and free drinks which I did not use-requested to comp a $20 breakfast instead which they could not accommodate. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

It’s convenient location but limited amenities. There were no steamer or ironing board, rooms are too small, limited toiletries, no exercise area, no facial tissues no facial towels no disinfectants offered. Saggy beds one bed pillow only. Very thin blankets and unable to change room temperature it was always too cold. Receptionist promised an ironing board to be delivered not two days passed finally said we don’t have it. Too nosy when next room closes the door our room shakes and you can hear people talking at the hallway even for we were on a corner rooom. We were nearby the housekeeper La utility room and banging of stuff can be heard from 4 door’s away. You can’t have a good sleep or be comfortable with this set up.
