Stayed at this hotel as we were enjoying a weekend of racing at Brands Hatch. Very convenient location just a few minutes away from the race circuit. Easy parking, friendly staff and the room was comfortable. We all got a good night’s sleep after ordering a takeaway. Used the neighbouring Beefeater in the morning for breakfast which was really handy.

The hotel was welcoming, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and other than the Wi-Fi having a technical issue it was exactly as expected. The restaurant was a little tired and maybe in need of some TLC but it was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. The breakfast choices were excellent and good quality. The evening meals were a little on the pricey side for the type of food on offer, but it was well cooked and presented and we all left feeling satisfied. The location was great as it’s only a 20minute walk to the train station with a 30-40 minute journey into central London and it’s close to major roads to travel by car. The Car park had an appropriate number of spaces and that it’s free if you register your number plate was wonderful.

After reading previous reviews, I was a bit sceptical about staying here but I needn't have been. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Check-in was easy and they explained the car park check-in to avoid charges which meant parking was free. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and additional pillows were available. Tea & Coffee making facilities, with a stand in reception for topping up if ran out of any. Had a late afternoon dinner in the Beefeater attached and breakfast the following day, and the food and service on both occasions was excellent. Great value for money and good stay.

Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, parking very convenient, handy to have the restaurant attached to the hotel. The only negative was that it was difficult to warm up the room af ir was quite cold at times, the heater wasn't very effective.

due to issues with restaurant water supply no food or drinks available on night of stay or day after, wifi was terrible also at this hotel

Stayed here for one night, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Very clean, decor was a bit run down

Room looking very tired and needed refreshment, towels thin, noise from upstairs occupant simply walking around. I have stayed at hotel 4 or 5 times before and I was disappointed that the standard is slipping

I stay here regularly for work and never have an issues. Standard for premier inn but the staff were great and very helpful. No issues with parking. I’ve been staying for a week and it’s a long wait to be served for breakfast and depends on the chef but one of the chefs was fantastic.
