Hotel vecchio e non ben manutenuto .
Posizione decentrata, serve l’auto per arrivare agli impianti.
Personale gentilissimo e buona cucina.
Prezzo elevato per quanto è (mi aspettavo molto di meglio)

Hôtel un peu excentré de Sestriere et du loueur de skis, 500m des remontées mécaniques. Peu de choses à faire si on ne skie pas ! navettes peu fréquentes. Chambres très correctes bonne literie, télévision sans chaine française. Petit déjeuner très bien. Repas du soir correct mais le midi seulement une salade et une assiette de pâtes ou rizotto. Pas le buffet qui est en photo ! Personnel de salle agréables Rosa et Carlotta.

cibo pessimo, stanze senza bidet e non pulite e pulizie pessime, prese non funzionanti o addirittura assenti, lenzuola sporche, colazione scarsa con prodotti di scarsa qualità, personale alle volte maleducato, presenza di ragnatele in bagno e mancanza di acqua calda in alcune stanze

Per una due giorni di escursioni ho alloggiato una notte in questo hotel a Borgata Sestriere , un paio di km sotto all' omonimo centro turistico . Albergo piccolo , a gestione familiare ma tenuto dignitosamente , anche se non c'è l' ascensore . Camera piccolina ma con tutto il necessario , compresa la cassetta di sicurezza ed il balcone . Bagno un po' striminzito soprattutto la doccia ed il WC . Peccato che il televisore non funzionasse ( si sentiva solo la radio ! ) ma siccome me ne sono accorto alle 21,30 non ho ritenuto opportuno chiamare l' assistenza . Probabilmente aveva perso la sintonizzazione perchè tenuto privo di alimentazione ( perchè ? ) . Inoltre ci sono 2 telecomandi ma nessuna istruzione .... Personale sempre cortese ed ottima ed abbondante colazione a buffet ( dalle 7,30 ) completano il tutto . Peccato non aver pensato di utilizzare la sauna ma forse non ne avrei avuto il tempo . Buona la tariffa compresa di tassa di soggiorno a 61,50 a notte , subito dopo Ferragosto . Possibilità della mezza pensione con 30 euro in più ma nei pressi anche 2 o 3 ristoranti .

En vacance dans le Piémont, nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel quelques nuits et avons pris la demi pension !! Le petit déjeuner reste très raisonnable et varié, le dîner est très copieux et très bon, un très bon chef !!! La serveuse très sympathique et très professionnelle, elle a fait l'effort de nous comprendre et transcrire en français le menu !! En se qui concerne la chambre, tout était très propre, la salle de bain très moderne, juste un petit reproche, il manque une tablette pour poser les affaires de toilette !! Par contre l'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir....porte d'entrée de la chambre frêle !!

Great hotel, pleasant staff. Ski room for your stuff if you need it. Nice sauna. Good breakfast and dinner. Good location, 5 mins walk to chair lift and ski hire shop. Good value. Great resort for access to the Milky Way or Vialattea. Would return there. Lounge, bar and restaurant.
