距離塞斯特里萊萬特火車站非常近，步行10分鐘，房間不大，有單獨浴室，有沐浴露，但沒有拖鞋牙膏牙刷，距離海灘很近，早餐還可以，有咖啡

Als je door Italië reist, is het fijn om een comfortabele plek te hebben om naar terug te komen en te ontspannen. Grande Albergo had precies gelijk. De kamers zijn klein maar goed ingericht. We hadden een kamer gereserveerd met een balkon wat perfect was. Het was erg schilderachtig om bij zonsopgang en zonsondergang op de oceaan te kunnen kijken.

Deluxe kamer vrij klein. Douche erg klein. Vervelend de ontbrekende Kleenexbox, een must voor een 4-sterrenhotel. Comfortabel bed. Balkon en parkeerplaats ok. Ontbijt goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, op één uitzondering na, het mannelijke hoofd van het schoonmaakpersoneel uiterst onvriendelijk. Kosten hond 20€/nacht duur, geen boog etc. gegeven. Al met al zou ik het hotel beoordelen met niet meer dan 3 sterren.

Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable with parking available. Breakfast is included and had plenty of options including fresh baked bread! Front desk was pleasant and very helpful!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have numerous dining options, which was a positive aspect of my experience. However, I believe the property is in need of significant renovations, particularly in the area of plumbing. On a more positive note, the staff members were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout my stay.

The location was perfect. Not in a crowded city but in a charming smaller town. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station and easy flat road to walk with luggage. Staff was kind, room was clean and quiet, food at dinner was excellent. A two minute walk to fabulous restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. It was an older property with old world charm. We highly recommend!!

A very expensive hotel with nothing to offer. Rooms are so sad, cheapest furniture, smallest room in history, plastic furniture in bathroom, no welcome water or anything in minibar, coffee machine, poor breakfast. They charge parking 20€ per day, their own sunbeds for their guests 40€ per day and even rent of beach towels 5€ peace plus 5€ for every swap! So disrespectful to their guests. They should visit other hotels in other countries and learn how to treat and please their customers. Price for 5*, rooms and service barely 3* (more 2* than 3*)

We stayed at Grande Albergo with our 11 month old son for 5 nights in July 2023. The beach town of Sestri Levante is truly a hidden gem and Grande Albergo was the perfect place to stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, just across from the beach and close to everything, including great restaurants. Rooms were very well-cleaned. But what really makes Grande Albergo great is its staff - everyone from the front desk, restaurant and beach staff to the cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Our son got sick during our trip, and the front desk was very quick to help us get a doctor appointment. Further, on the day we had to leave for the airport, there was a 24-hour train strike across Italy, and again the staff was quick to arrange a driver for us. In addition to being very service-minded, the staff at Grande Albergo are all very kind and made us feel very welcome. Recommend to book beach chairs in advance, as the beach (for good reason) is very popular. We will definitely be back!

The hotel had a great location and a lovely pool on the roof but overall it was a bit too pricey for what you get. I’m sure it was amazing in it glorious days but… The rooms was not very charming for the price and we were a bit disappointed.
