Hotel Teide

Calling this place a hotel is an insult to real hotels. From the reception to the room, everything was dirty, poorly maintained, and disappointing. It was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. But I'll give credit where is due. The damn hotel is located in a great spot.

Too expensive

Locación perfecta

Très bien

Het personeel is ontzettend aardig. Omdat onze terugvlucht geannuleerd was, hadden we last minute geboekt en konden we rond het middaguur eindelijk onze kamer krijgen. Zo konden we eindelijk slapen.

Completely dishonest behavior. We were planning to visit these islands for the first time in our lives. I confused the islands (Mallorca and Menorca) and booked a hotel on Mallorca, even though our flight arrived in Menorca. I realized the mistake in less than 3 minutes and contacted the hotel immediately requesting a cancellation. They just declined silently and charged the full amount. This is not what hospitality is about. Avoid at all costs.
