I needed to swim for medical reasons so checked with them swimming temperature. They said 28-31. It wasn’t. It was freaking cold. Also in the room, it was cold. Then they told me it goes maximum 40 so put it up and just wait. It never did so I ended up calling them at 2am and requested radiator. The man who brought in the radiator said that the hotel has turned off central heating that it never works to begin with. Then why lie you ******* frauds? So I requested refund and they said they will get back to me with refund and they never did. Koreans are all ******* performative frauds.

Our second time staying here. Love it, it's fully functional with everything you need. I'd stay here again during my next trip in Seoul.

호텔이 깨끗하고 사우나 수영장 이용하기 좋습니다.
앞으로도 출장이 있을경우 이용하려고 합니다.

帶孩子去首爾玩首選，性價比高。離首爾站很近。稍微有些舊，但是維護的很好。有大量的中東人貌似常住不過沒影響。前台可以幫忙叫出租車，訂外賣等等。附近還有一家很好吃的參雞湯。

위치가 서울 시내 주요 장소에 가기에 편리합니다. 레지던스 호텔이여서 각종 시설이 있고, 특히 건조기능이 있는 세탁기가 있어서 편리했어요.

不錯好乾淨，還有大浴場浸泡，服務好好，常常沒的士都是叫酒店職員幫忙call車的，去明洞10分鐘7000 won 好近。

장소는 어디든 가기 좋은 위치였구 슈퍼도 가까워 만족스러웠습니다.
피트니스는 좁았구 수영장은 물온도가 미지근하여 수영을 하긴 어려웠다.
