라운지 해피아워에 음식 종류가 다양해서 좋네요. 시설 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 지라 수영장은 좀 작네요. 조식은 훌륭합니다.

먼저 역 앞에 위치해 있었으나 좀 걸어거야 했습니다. 그러나 무척 고급스러운 로비와 서비스들을 제공받으니 만족스러웠습니다. 룸 인테리어는 현대와 전통의 조화로운 분위기가 느껴졌으며, 전망 또한 고층에 위치하다보니 좋았습니다. 수영장은 온수여서 잘 이용할 수 있었습니다. 대체로 만족스러웠던 앰배서더 풀만 호캉스였습니다.

The Nansam King Room is one of the best I have ever stayed. It’s very spacious, comfortable and highly recommended. You have a beautiful view of the nansam tower too. One word to describe- Excellent . Price: value for money

It’s a very great living experience. With warm welcome from the front desk, luxury decorations and gorgeous view of the room window. I will still stay here next time I be in Seoul.

I booked this hotel early April and had a emergency surgery. I tried to change my conservation cause have to wait my tumor report.They totally denied. I used this hotel several years before and choose this hotel this time they totally let me down.

Service can be improved and you have to pay for the toilet amenities for environmental friendly which I think not necessary. Majority of the guests will need to pay for toothbrush as it is essential.
