Glad Hotel Mapo

Voordelen: Grenzend aan de uitgang van Gongdeok Station is er een geldwisselautomaat in de lobby van het hotel, die gebruikt kan worden om de wowpass op te laden. Nadelen: De kussens zijn te plat en erg oncomfortabel, de standaardkamer heeft geen bagagerek, de wastafel van het toilet is slecht gedraineerd en de douchehanddoeken zijn bevlekt. Toen ik op een dag terugkwam van het uitgaan, ontdekte ik dat de ober deed de deksel van de prullenbak op onze huidverzorgingsproducten. Het was hygiënisch. Zeer slecht. En het duurde lang om op de lift te wachten. Dit hotel is de prijs echt niet waard.

Het hotel ligt aan uitgang 9 van station Gongdeok en u kunt het zien zodra u uitstapt, wat erg handig is. De kamer was van binnen en van buiten erg schoon. Het was een zeer comfortabel verblijf. De kamer is zeer ruim, met veel bewegingsruimte, het is geen probleem om twee koffers te openen. Er zijn buurtwinkels, restaurants, supermarkten en schoonheidswinkels in de buurt van het hotel, wat erg handig is. Sterk aanbevolen, zal er weer verblijven.

Dit hotel is mijn beste keuze tijdens een reis in Zuid-Korea. Sterk aanbevolen! Ik verbleef hier vóór de epidemie. Toen ik deze keer incheckte, vroeg de receptie of ik er al eerder was geweest, wat erg aardig was. De eerste is de uitstekende geografische locatie, met gemakkelijke treinverbindingen, directe toegang tot de luchthavenlijn en complete roltrappen en bestelwagenliften. Er zijn veel metrolijnen in de stad. De t****e is de aromatherapie van het hotel, die elegant en warm is en mijn reukherinnering aan een hotel van een paar jaar geleden oproept. De derde is dat de decoratiestijl van het hotel eenvoudig en licht is. Hoewel de kamer niet groot is, zullen de enorme glazen ramen niet al te deprimerend zijn. Hoe dan ook, de volgende keer kom ik zeker weer!

Very convenient Good location to everywhere Clean and good service

Very close to public transit you can directly enter two subway exits depending where you enter and exit the hotel from. Specifically it is easily accessible to the airport subway line without having to transfer so it’s a straight shot to and from the airport. It’s also very close to major tourist attractions and there’s a lot of great food options nearby. Noise wise you’ll hear the standard emergency vehicle if there is one that passes by but during my stay I may have only heard 1 or 2 and there weren’t any issues with general road noise compared with other hotels. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. There are wear and tear marks but that’s expected. There’s a convenience store in the lobby of the hotel which is not on the ground floor so just a heads up for anyone trying to look for a 7-11 on the first floor. It’s not there and you’ll need to take the elevator up. If you need to convert cash, there are machines at the hotel lobby where you can do so but I didn’t use them and can’t say they provide better rates than the airport or local banks outside. Check in and check out process in general were great and straightforward. I didn’t try the food options provided by the hotel but they seemed decent enough. I actually wanted to try out their bar but it was reserved for a private event the night I was interested in going which was too bad but there are so many options outside the hotel I am not taking away any points for this. The hotel does its best to be eco friendly which was appreciated. I would’ve liked an easier and accessible amenity basket in case I needed something extra. The 11AM checkout time was also much appreciated. It allowed me to have time to sleep in but also time to grab a local bite and still come back to shower or do any last minute packing if needed. My stay here was way above my expectations and if I need to stay in this area again, I will return to this specific hotel.

The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Most hotels in South Korea do not provide toothbrush. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Lobby and 7-eleven is located at level 9. The hotel is located right in front of exit 9 of Gongdoek metro station. Surrounding also have many restaurants and convenient stores. Also near Han Gang River, if you want to have picnic there.

The hotel is VERY conveniently located just right outside exit 9 of the Gong Deok station. You can see the hotel name while taking l the escalator up. This is a PLUS point as Seoul is a lot of walking around. The room is new, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious too, and water is strong and hot (good for cold weather!!). The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The counter staff Mason is professional and nice. Ethan was also very helpful, he helped to call a taxi and waited with us in the cold weather on the street. Definitely will come back again next time!!
