Heel proper. Kamer, badkamer, beddengoed ... allemaal schoon.
Professionele en zeer vriendelijke en ondersteunende manager.
De locatie is niet moeilijk te vinden.
Dit is een oud huis, maar gerenoveerd en goed onderhouden, zodat het er al met al netjes en schoon uitziet en aanvoelt.
Een ding om te onthouden voor buitenlanders: er zijn enkele daklozen in de buurt van het station van Seoul. Ze zijn niet agressief.
Aanrader voor wie gewoon in een schoon huis (kamer) wil slapen.

This place is a gem! Great location, great value, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful host. My bed was comfortable.
AGAIN, I can't emphasize enough how clean everything is
The only downside is the breakfast. It's less than basic, and the espresso machine makes weak drinks, but there's a Starbucks down the street and a 7-Eleven next door.

距離首爾站不遠，地鐵12號口出來，步行幾分鐘。老闆人很好，有早餐，乾淨衞生，性價比很不錯。安靜，出門去哪兒卻很方便。

Best place to stay in Seoul! The host is very nice, room is very clean and location is the best just few minutes walk to Seoul station. Many cute coffee shops in just few blocks away.

The host was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever known. He responded quickly to messages, he was always available. He is the best!
The room was quite nice, I had enough space in it. The guesthouse is really close to Seoul Station so it is easy to get anywhere.
