Amazing nice hotel with a huge room. Two double beds on the loft. All is based on sustainability. Great indoor pool and amazing outdoor pool. Huge fitness centre

It feels very under staffed as there were not enough help with the luggage. The staff were also not trained and were not proficient in English, which is shocking for a 5 star hotel as this.
The set up of the room did not allow for proper ventilation of the room. The air condition could only be limited to a low of 23 degrees, making the loft area ( where the beds are) very stuffy.

酒店設計確實是我很喜歡的，房間也很大，服務就非常一般，連住三晚，就第一天來打掃了衞生，第二天一早服務員按門鈴，把浴巾和水遞給我就再也沒有來打掃🧹了，躍層所以睡覺的地方很悶熱，晚上睡覺衹能開一點陽台的門，但是非常吵，在悶熱睡不着和噪音兩者之間選擇了開門睡覺！
酒店附近整形醫院比較多，其他沒有什麼值得打卡的地方！交通地鐵口也不太近！
所以除非你特別擅長在這種網紅酒店拍照，或者在附近做皮膚 整形，不然真的不太建議！

친구들과 호캉스하기 너무 최적인 장소와 시설이었습니다.
숙소 베게도 너무 좋았고 복층구조에 소파도 네명 모두 여유있게 앉을 수 있을 정도로 넓었고, 수영장, 요가프로그램 모두 즐거운 시간이었습니다! 야외수영장은 추워서 용기를 못냈지만 여름에 다시 와서 이용해보고 싶어요^^
직원들도 모두 친절했습니다!

又來了，又住了。真的很喜歡，真的很好。嫌貴的別住，lobby 幾個服務員，都是輕聲細語的，服務態度沒有任何的不好。確實沒人給你拿行李，這個我是無所謂的。讓司機直接地庫開下去，大堂在地下。牙刷這次我自己帶了，泳池這次沒去，早上連續去了幾次健身房，健身房設備很好，地方也大。早飯我是不會在酒店吃的，出門右轉有個24小時湯飯真的絕了，誰去首爾要在酒店吃早飯啊。

酒店真的很棒，房間很大很舒服，服務也還可以，沒有說的那麼誇張，都很親切熱情，最愛健身房真的超大，超棒
可惜每天行程都排的太滿沒有好好躺酒店，希望下次還住這裡

這個酒店怎麼説呢？如果你想給自己找氣受 還是可以住的
從環境設施來講這酒店確實還可以 但是服務體驗感可以説一點不配算五星
❶三點入住 一秒也不能早 想早住一小時需要付三萬韓幣；因為我當天早上五點多起床坐飛機 到酒店一點半左右 詢問是否可以早點入住時候 對方表示要三點才行 如果早需要付錢 這時候需要我付6萬韓幣 我也説了自己很早起床這事問可不可以給提前住下別收錢了 忽然沖出來一個男的 態度特別蠻橫地説 這是我們酒店的規矩 我們就這樣 我説那其他酒店都可以提前如果有房的話 他還是態度特別差的表示這是他們的規矩甚至翻了我白眼？？？
❷我要乾洗衣服 告知需要自己送去前台…洗好後也要自己去前台取
❸退房時間是早上十一點 如果你晚於十一點 還是需要一小時付三萬韓幣…
❹我和我朋友聽的都是入住時候説每天三點後才能打掃 我説可以的 結果有一天下午2:45有阿姨敲門 表示要打掃 我説辛苦她一小時以後來（因為我那時候肯定走了）她説不行 三點前要打掃完 態度也不好 我説那過十分鐘來行嗎 也不行 最後説五分鐘後來才同意 但我住過其他五星沒有這種規定全天都能打掃
❺退房時候我們三個女生六個行李…工作人員也不會幫你搬（入住的時候也不會）眼看着我們自己搬 任何一個五星都不會這樣
説實話雖然房間確實挺新的還可以 但下次不會去住了 一點服務也沒有 跟四季酒店一個價格但是一點服務也沒有 還歧視外國人 挺無語的 以後不會來的 希望要住的也擦亮眼鏡
