We hebben met ons gezin van 6 personen een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Personeel was super vriendelijk, eten was heerlijk en er waren genoeg voorzieningen.

We love our stay at this hotel! Everything is top notch! Room was clean, spacious, superb view from our room, the water at the beach was crystal clear perfect for dip during hot days, the infinity pool is the best, kids really enjoy swimming and have a walk around the hotel.

Second time here in 2023 and would love to come again. Property is in great condition, rooms are good sized, well maintained and plenty of storage. Not the most diverse breakfast perhaps but well sufficient for us. Staff is lovely and always so kind and helpful. Location is great in my opinion but those who prefer a more lively area outside the hotel would have to take a short scooter/car ride to Senggigi. Anyway for us it was well sufficient most of the days to just grab a snack in the hotel or to walk down the beach for a local meal. Also no atm nearby but card payments were generally ok in the minimarts. Beach is very nice as well. Went during low season both times so neither pools, nor beach was crowded and I left Katamaran very happy and well rested. Would be nice though if they sourced a bottle of Aperol for an afternoon Spritzer ;-)

Hotel was too busy with the check ins so the follow up service was bad. Breakfast was nice with seaview but it seemed only the swimming pool was the signature of the hotel. Our premium room was big with huge window facing the blue sea but the trees were a tall that might block a bit of the view. Love the stunning sunset. BBQ was simple with live music, not bad.

Stayed here for 2D1N but wished we were there for longer. Room was huge and spacious. Loved the food at the Italian restaurant and loved room service. Massages were priced very well too! Would definitely be returning :)

Best hotel to stay when you’re in Lombok. We had been to the hotel a couple of times and we’re already planning to coming back there..

The hotel is completely understaffed, the rooms are not very clean and the toiletries are really of poor quality. The breakfast was the worse part. Not enough food at all for the amount of people staying at the hotel; the staff is helpful there but overwhelmed, there are not a lot of variety. Isolation from outside noise is terrible in the rooms. We couldn’t sleep many times. Room service for extra towel or replacement of a pillow was super slow, most of the time nobody came. We are truly disappointed. The hotel cannot expect to build its credibility only by offering a nice sunset view. Finally, they put the gym on top of the hotel rooms so we can’t use it before 9am which is not ideal when people have plans for the rest of the day. We paid a lot of money for such low satisfaction. We will not recommend it nor come back.
