I just stayed for a night. Its a new renovated hotel all good i love all the interior but unfortunately I feel the renovated dust still stick on the floor. Idk its just me bcs Im so sensitive of dust. But the bed is so comfortable, especially the pillow, i slept well eventhough I was sick. The AC worked well too, even I turn off tbe AC i still can feel the coldness. Overall i highly recommended this hotel if you visit semarang! Oh ya, its very near simpang lima so you just walk around 100m. Good location!

Bij aankomst in het hotel begon het al goed we waren met zijn 3 en hadden 2 kamers bij de inchecken moesten we 1 persoon bij betalen omdat er 1 op een 2 persoons kamer was we wilden wat gaan drinken in het restaurant maar frisdrank hadden ze niet op de kamer gekomen keken we gek op want we keken tegen een muur van plastic bomen raam kon niet open geregeld werd ons gezegd dat hebben we niet als we wat wilde eten zondag was er alleen oud brood dus geen tosti buiten is er ook niet alleen voor rokers frisdrank staat onze wc was verstopt en zouden een andere kamer krijgen maar dan pas na 2 uur terwijl deze al leeg stond dus dag vrije dag w hen die 11 dagen in dit hotel wel beter verwacht het personeel is heel aardig daar ontdekt het niet aan alleen et restaurant kopt niet TBekkers

Actually this is a new hotel with an attractive design, quite spacious and clean. But the services provided should still be improved. The location of this hotel is very strategic, right at Simpang Lima Semarang and next to the culinary center so you don't need to worry about finding food. The corridors and rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, lots of unique decorations. But this hotel does not have a swimming pool and the breakfast served is very inadequate. The taste of the food is not so good and the menu is limited, and it takes a long time to refill.

Good hotel, strategic location, As a accor platinum member, There’s alot of welcome amenities in the room. Good service at reception and restaurant especially Mr Hari and team Helpfull when request something for my friend birthday. The cons is the room not very clean (much hair from previous guest and stain in the bed sheets/ linen, floor not well cleaned) Overall service good, but room conditions need more attention for the cleanees.

great location, great hospitality. a relatively small hotel, very convenient for business trips. Noone was using the gym and pool (I think they have pool), breakfast was as good as expected. Not great but worth every dime spent.

I like this hotel.... the service is good and the rooms are clean, recommend this hotel to my colleagues & business partners We try breakfast and dinner at the Hotel, taste is good... hope to stay at this hotel again
