Wij verbleven hier een week met 3 personen. Een 2-pers Standard Room die nog niet gerenoveerd was, netjes, erg ruim, grote kasten, ruime badkamer en een balkon aan de voorzijde. Alleen de vloerbedekking is, net als in de gang van het hotel, wel aan vervanging toe. En een 2-pers Comfort Deluxe Room die wel stijlvol gerenoveerd was. Iets minder groot, ruime badkamer en balkon aan achterzijde. Een mooi hotel met aardig personeel. Iedere ochtend kan je je keuze opgeven voor het 4 gangen menu van die avond. 3 keuzes per gang. Ook vegetarisch. Daarnaast nog een ruim saladebuffet met heerlijke extra's. De sauna, wellnessruimte en zwembad met doorgang naar het buitenbad zijn heerlijk voor de ontspanning en ondanks de vele gasten was het op geen enkel moment te druk. Ook kan je diverse massages boeken. In de bar was het 's middags en 's avonds erg rustig en een minpuntje is dat de bar om 23:00 dicht gaat. De luxe skikelder met lift direct naar de piste was ideaal. De hoofdstraat, centrum, winkeltjes etc zijn op korte loopafstand, maar wel via een stijle weg. Het voordeel is dat je daar niet met ski's en skischoenen hoeft te lopen aangezien het hotel directe aansluiting heeft op de piste en liften. Via een samenwerking met de skiverhuur Scuola2000 kan je de ski's bij het hotel laten brengen, nadat je ze bij de winkel hebt uitgezocht en op maat hebt laten maken. Geen gedoe met sjouwen. En ook de skipas kan je online bestellen en laten afleveren bij het hotel. Eén avond was prosecco avond met hapjes en drankjes voorafgaande aan het diner. Een andere avond live tiroler muziek eerst in de bar en daarna tijdens het diner. Ze zouden wel een duidelijkere vooraankondiging kunnen geven zodat je hier rekening mee kunt houden (als je dit wilt).

Verzorgd hotel, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, lekker eten, zeer mooie welness zone, lekker en verzorgd eten met dagelijks keuze uit 3 schotels. De kamer was ruim en heel opvallend was dat er geen lawaai was van andere kamers of gasten - als we dan toch moeten: enige dat nog iets beter kan is het ontbijtbuffet - enerzijds zeer volledig maar toch net nog iets ontbrekend om super te zijn :-)

I stayed here before and after a multi-day trek and it was just the level of comfort I needed to rest and be taken care of. The room was so nice and I got lucky with a great balcony and an amazing view. Dinner and breakfast was included in my stay and it was very good, high quality food. Creative dishes reflective of the region’s cuisine. Nice sun deck by the pool (only wish it had been open longer hours…the outdoor section of the actual pool doesn’t open until 3, although I could access the sun deck with no problem). Didn’t use the saunas but it seemed like quite a large space with lots of different rooms. I would recommend this hotel! Thanks for your hospitality!

.Very nice hotel near the slopes of the ski school for beginners .Very nice ski room and an elevator to the slopes behind the hotel .Nice and responsive staff .Very impressive Spa facilities .The rooms are very spacious and looks good except my room .Room 306 on the 3rd floor was mine for the week I paid a lot of money for a single person room. I was informed that the room has no veranda which is O.K, but no one told me that the room has no windows at all .I felt claustrophobic and without any means to control the temp in the room .the hatch in the roof was my only salvage until it was stuck .With the help of a nice lady from the reception we forced it open .Take my advise, the room is decorated but do not take it .The food looks like a masterpiece but the taste was questionable

We spend two weeks from: 18 of December to January 2 - 3 rooms six persons Not a four-star hotel, the food is awful. Poor service, the bed hard like stone, the attitude of the owner ............it is better not to mention “A sheer disaster” We will never go back after 21 years of coming to Selva; this is the worst Hotel. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi. Sono diversi anni che veniamo qui con i nostri 3 figli. Quest'anno abbiamo portato anche il nostro cane e siamo felici che sia stato ben accolto. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, la ristorazione molto buona e di qualità, tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la zona SPA veramente stupenda. Proprietari cordiali e attenti. Peccato che la vacanza sia già terminata, ma non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement. L'emplacement, l'accueil, le personnel, la propreté, les installations (local à ski, piscine, spa, etc) et la nourriture, tout a été parfait. En plus, l'hôtel se trouve dans le plus beau domaine skiable que nous avons découvert à ce jour, (installations, pistes, mais surtout l'accueil et la nourriture dans les restaurants et buvettes d'altitude). Il est sûr que nous reviendrons au plus vite pour une nouvelle semaine de ski. Mirko

Siamo rientrati oggi dopo una splendida settimana passata in Hotel. Avevamo già soggiornato qui altre volte alcuni anni fa ma l'esperinza quest'anno è stata ancora migliore e superiore alle aspettative. La stanza (suite CIR) è veramente bella, confortevole e pulita in modo impeccabile, di ottimo livello la ristorazione e molto vario e gradevole il buffet a cena e in particolare a colazione. Ci è piaciuta molto l'organizzazione della skiroom con armadietti dedicati per ogni camera e dotati di un efficacissimo sistema di asciugatura per scarponi, guanti e caschi; dalla skiroom con un ascensore si accede direttamente alle piste. Molto bella la piscina (con anche una parte esterna) e in generale tutta la zona relax/saune. Il personale, sia di sala che in reception, è sempre stato estramente gentile e disponibile e a loro va il nostro grazie di cuore. Un ringraziamento particolare a Serena che con i suoi trattamenti e la sua simpatia e passione ha "ricostruito" muscoli e articolazioni indolenziti dopo le lunghe sciate . Avremmo solo un piccolo suggerimento. Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere in camera un bollitore elettrico per potersi prepare in qualunque momento una bevanda calda senza dover scendere al bar, sarebbe un ottimo completamento al solo frigo bar. Arrivederci e grazie a tutti.

Una super Recensione per il Miravalle Hotel Abbiamo trascorso una Bellissima vacanza veramente tutto perfetto L'hotel è vicino a tutti e due gli impianti di risalita di Selva si mangia veramente Bene con cibo sempre abbondante e vario le stanze sono molto pulite e ha una spa Fantastica con grande piscina coperta che si estende all'esterno. Dispone anche di un ampio parcheggio coperto Il Direttore e tutto lo staff sono molto gentili e professionali Vi ringraziamo x averci regalato una vera settimana di relax ed ancora complimenti!
