Goed hotel heel centraal gelegen ski bus halte aan de overkant , ski verhuur ook aan de overkant ,dicht bij het centrum .
Hotel is wel verouderd vooral de badkamers maar is schoon en netjes , het matras is erg hard

Een zeker prima hotel met fijne voorzieningen en zeer goed ontbijt. Erg vriendelijke medewerkers, met name in de receptie. De bar is wat minder gezellig, maar het centrum van Seefeld is dichtbij. Het restaurant hebben we niet geprobeerd, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. Het enige wat teleurstellend was, was de toegewezen kamer. We hadden een duurdere comfortkamer geboekt, want die had een zithoek volgens de hotelsite (fotootje met bank, stoel, tafeltje op de site). Dit omdat je nooit zeker kunt zijn van het weer in Oostenrijk en fijne zitruimte voor het lezen van een boek of spelen van een spelletje met medereizigers is dan wel prettig. Wat we kregen was een kamer met een tafeltje en twee eetkamerstoelen. Niet echt mijn idee bij de beschrijving van “zithoek”. Het oppervlak van de kamer was ook niet erg ruim, maar oké (blijkt een grote overlap te zitten tussen oppervlakte van een standaardkamer en een comfortkamer). De directrice bemoeide zich nog even met het gesprek toen ik dit ventileerde bij de receptie. Had ze beter niet kunnen doen. De receptie “handelt” dit prima, haar reactie (op luide en onvriendelijke toon in de verdediging) was jammer. Wat ik wil zeggen: wees bij de boeking duidelijk wat je wensen zijn. Dat kan teleurstellingen voorkomen.

Seefeld is een super leuk dorp met vele restaurants en winkels. Qua wandelen en bergen top. Qua skigebied erg klein. Gaat meer om gezien te worden. En dat zie je ook aan de prijs/kwaliteit van das Hotel Eden. Ontbijt en avondeten zoals je mag verwachten. Alles in overvloed. Zwembad met binnen en buiten met een mooie tuin waar je zomers heerlijk kan vertoeven. Personeel zeer attent en helpen je met alles. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en de buitenkant is aan een lik verf toe. Alles was wel super schoon. Dan is een prijskaartje voor 2 personen in de zomer halfpensioen voor €300 wat aan de hoge kant. Dan moet het interieur en de buitenkant strak zijn.

Very nice hotel in Seefeld. Especially for a family visit. Rooms are slightly outdated but they make up for it with other hotel facilities and with how nice all the staff members are. The heated pool is great even in colder weather and parking is free. Breakfast has plenty of options but the coffee could taste better. Would stay here again.

Nice SPA and pool with heatwater, food was OK, delicious dinner with variety of food, but very average breakfast, no fresh juice, dissappointing small room ( standard category), central location, little bit noisy. The price was very hight for offered standard.

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff, great afternoon cakes and coffee, large rooms, clean. centrally located, great heated pool, fish and soup courses at dinner were exceptionally good. Cons: Hotel unfortunately showing signs of age, breakfast multi-choice buffet OK but not great. We thought dinner exceptionally poor value for money. After over 40 years visiting many Tyrolean resort hotels we expected traditional Austrian fare (simple breakfasts, hearty evening meals etc). But evening meals here were many courses comprising very small portions of (mainly unrecognised) "gourmet" food with only two choices of mains and soups, these being offered at breakfast on a tick-off sheet. The buffet salad availability was the same every night and showed little imagination. The "Gala" night we considered particularly bad served on a "take it or leave it" no choice basis. Having said the above perhaps we were in error in not recognising from the website that the emphasis at the Eden is very much on "gourmet" and "wellness". But more clarity re the half-board meal option would have meant that we were not so disappointed in what is otherwise a well run clean hotel.

Location and staff were great. But my wife and I had to check out early due to a snow storm that was expected in Innsbruck. The hotel management obliged us to pay for the night anyway. So that was disappointing considering the circumstances. Based on that I would not recommend.

Great hotel with fantastic staff and superb food. High staff retention as many were still there from last visit 7 years ago. Wonderful views and close to town centre. Was in Seefeld for the ******s Austria Poker Tour and will once again return to this hotel next time I am in Seefeld

Exceptional family hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Authentic and quite , austrian a**osfere. Our staying passed our expectations. The rooms were spacious,Nice balcony. Wellness clean ,good installations. Amazing outdoor swimming pool. The kitchen was very good,great variety. The hotel was very clean. Really no negative remarks. We will come back!
