We checked in at around 730pm in the evening. The check-in was smooth. After dinner and returning to hotel, we found the toilet bowl was blocked. Front desk was called but i was just being asked to go down to the lobby and take the plunger and do the unblock myself. The reason was there is no other stuff working in the hotel in the evening and night time except a single person at the front desk. But the front desk lady clearly told me that she will not help. The only assistance she can offer is the plunger and gloves. We asked for room exchange but was told she cannot do so as we were booked with 3rd party travel agent (at Trip.com).
Other that the above poor assistance from the hotel staff, the overall experience was fine. Breakfast was good.
