We were charged twice for our room.
Still haven't received a refund
Trip.com kept telling us we must have had two rooms!
We were only two people and had one room

Overall it was a nice time! The AC didn’t work very well and our lotions and shampoo were not topped up the full trip. Other than that it was nice!

The on site chef for breakfast was awesome. Freshly made omelettes vs clumpy scrambled eggs. Also the complimentary water was great as I’m always scrambling to find some. Will book again

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. However, I would not stay here again because of the stress noise. I could not sleep comfortably.

Very nice place in a great area. Parking was an extra fee but know my property was age and the cleanliness of the hotel really made my stay comfy.

Great hotel for an old town Scottsdale stay. Everything is walkable from this location. Hotel is clean, amenities are convenient and a nice pool/ outside sitting area.

Staff at front desk - trainee - very unfriendly. On a very noisy street. I was gone all day and my room was never serviced..
