New hotel, nicely designed and quite good breakfast.
Hotel parking only in garage for €15 or for free until next morning 9am in the street before the pedestrian zone.
Asked for a quiet room, got room facing bus parking and smokers area?

櫃檯服務人員態度惡劣，詢問問題回答不耐煩，網友分享停車15元/天，但我們住兩天她收我們48元。飯店有提供桑拿等是後來我們看飯店網站才發現，去櫃檯再次詢問她才告訴我們在5樓。等我們上樓了解還是其他房客告訴我們要去櫃檯領取浴袍。總之我們是外國人應該更清楚的告知飯店設施等。早餐不優，餐廳是開放式所以前往房間的走道都可以聞到油煙味。

Wii hadden hier een tussenstop richting Oostenrijk, Mooi en nieuw hotel. Locatie was top, middenin het centrum. Heerlijke schone kamers (alleen bedden vond ik wat te hard, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur) Prima ontbijt. Wij hebben ook een hapje gegeten in Mike's bar en dat was heerlijk. Fijne afgesloten garage. Als gezin hadden wij 2 kamers alleen niet naast elkaar, maar datwas verder geen probleem.

We went on the 1st of December 2023 till the 5th Dec. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good . Tea or coffee is available free all day long and the rooms are clean. Variety of meals found in the evening aswell. Its very close to shops and restaurants. I do recommend the hotel....sending Chris**as greeting from Malta.

What an amazing and surprising hotel, we didn’t expected a such clean and cute and confortable hotel, staff was very good with tips, the breakfast was very delicious . We didn’t want to stay in Salzburg so we decided to go there and what a fantastic surprise it was, we didn’t mind the extra drive instead to be in a big city we went to Bad Reichenhall and we didn’t regretted.
