Great apar**ent in the middle of Schladming. We had the penthouse suite, which had really nice view from the terrace. Location is excellent as everything from restaurants to bakery is close. You can also get to Planai condola by walking 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and we felt home from the start. Only change I would like to see in the room, that the mattress would be a bit softer, but we got used to it so no big problem. The private Finnish Sauna was excellent and we really loved it after day of hiking! We will definitely come back, when in Schladming next time.

Excellent apar**ent hotel run as a family business. Very comfortable apar**ents finished in a high standard. Location is 1 minutes drive from the ski slopes in the down town. Grocery and restaurants are all around the place. Highly recommended

We came skiing for the first time with the kids and I think they liked the hotel just as much as the skiing. The team work really hard and are extremely welcoming. The hotel itself is very new and clean. They are particularly good for families with young kids. Very happy.

DasBleibt lives up to their name! We experienced a real home feeling from start to finish. The entire team does everything it can to provide the best possible holiday feeling. We have been to many holiday destinations, but have never visited such a welcoming and friendly accommodation as this one. Everything was perfect! THE APAR**ENT We stayed for 10 days in the Garden Studio, which also includes a garden with the apar**ent. The entire apar**ent is well equipped with modern amenities. Although the complex is still new, it can be seen that everything is well maintained. Everything was also very clean and there is a wonderful smell throughout the building (and therefore also a relaxed a**osphere)! Talking about relaxing: the private sauna, which all apar**ents are equipped with, is just amazing! After an active day in the mountains, this is great to be able to recover for the next day. There are also enough parking possibilities available, a beautiful bicycle cellar including an workshop and a bikewash. There is also a large indoor and outdoor children's playground (basketball field). The complex has a very warm a**osphere that makes you feel right at home. THE LOCATION DasBleibt is located in the middle of Schladming. Everything in the city is therefore easily accessible on foot. The center, the gondola to the Planai and the supermarket(s) are max. 10 minutes away on foot. The apar**ent is a real eye-catcher from the outside (also inside). The wood look allows you to see the apar**ent from the mountains around Schladming. AREA We have visited Schladming-Dachstein in the summer. We were really positively surprised about all the activities that can be done everywhere. With the Sommercard that you receive from DasBleibt you can use all gondolas in the area and you can also get a discount on many activities. We did a lot of hiking and mountain biking on the surrounding mountains. Other highlights that we have visited in the area are the Zipline Stöderzinken, the Bikepark in Schladming, the Skywalk on the Dachstein and much more... There is so much to do in the area for young and old. A tip is to download the handy Schladming-Dachstein app before your arrival. Here you get an impression of everything there is to do in the area. Very handy! The center of Schladming is highly recommended for the evenings. A very pleasant main street with plenty of food and drink options. THE TEAM What completes the picture is the family and team behind DasBleibt. The passion with which this aparthotel is run ensures that you can fully enjoy your holiday: the breakfast box that is in front of the door every morning, every day having a chat and asking if everything is to your liking and reserving a table at a restaurant. . The little details make everything special: the family name on the welcome board at check-in, a piece of cake every day in the reception and a present during check-out. Vorweg: selten wurden wir so herzlich und persönlich in einer Unterkunft empfangen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunden an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das erste Highlight ist bereits der Parkplatz, für jede Suite ist einer vorhanden, was alleine schon eine Besonderheit in Schladming ist. Die Suiten (wir hatten eine Panorama Suite) sind sehr geräumig und stylisch eingerichtet, alles ist top modern und es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Sogar wenn man mal selbst kochen möchte hat man alles was man braucht. Jede Suite hat eine eigene Sauna - man kann also jederzeit mit seiner Wunschtemperatur ganz unkompliziert saunieren. Als Familie war das für uns natürlich genial - Kind schläft und wir können zu zweit wellnessen, ganz ohne Babyfon etc... Da es kein Restaurant gibt, wird das Frühstück in einer Box zur gewünschten Zeit mit gewünschtem Inhalt vor die Zimmertür gebracht. Täglich Frühstück in Privatsphäre und ohne sich vorher fürs Restaurant kultivieren zu müssen - herrlich. Nachmittags gibts dann noch hausgemachten Kuchen in der Hotellobby! Für die Sportler ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden was man braucht: Fahrradgarage inklusive Bike-Waschanlage und Werkbank (!!) um Reperaturen selbst durchführen zu können. Geräumiger Skiraum ist natürlich auch vorhanden. Für Kinder gibt es einen indoor Spielraum sowie einen kleinen Sportplatz im Freien mit Bällen, Basketballkorb, kl. Toren etc. Und laufend kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie das Maskottchen als Stofftier und immer wieder eine Geschichte zum Vorlesen an der Zimmertür. Das Konzept wird mit dem Concierge Service abgerundet - man genießt zwar die Freiheiten eines Apar**ents, kann aber auf sämtlichen Komfort eines Concierge Services zurückgreifen, wenn man ihn braucht. Für Reservierungen, Auskünfte, Organisationen etc... 100%ige Weiterempfehlung von uns, wir kommen spätestens zu Beginn der Sommersaison wieder.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details. Sehr authentisches, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hundefreundlich :-) Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Grosszügige Bike Werkstatt und Waschplatz für Bikes und Hunde für den Sommer, grosszügige Skispints, beheizt für den Winter! Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür (Reiteralm, Planai) aber auch die Haltestelle für Ramsau ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig. Bäckerei und tolle Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Macht weiter so - das bleibt definitiv :-)
