這是我最糟糕的住店經歷，我住過很多酒店，從快捷酒店到五星級酒店從國內到國外，也算攜程最忠實的用户，信賴攜程，去哪裡都從攜程定。去芝加哥開會，我的訂單費用比一起開會的朋友貴很多，貴就算了服務好就行，出門在外能不計較就不計較，我定了五個晚上，第二天房間沒有打掃，因為我參加的會議是從早上到晚上才回去，想可能是失誤，就算了將就一下，結果住了有一天後又開始不打掃，我住了五個晚上有兩天沒有打掃，我很納悶：是不是小費給少了，還是嫌棄中國人臟？有種族歧視？房間要自己打掃嗎？這就是我的房間費用比別人貴享受的服務，我一定要把糟糕的體驗寫出來！

While the hotel room was very nice I was tremendously disappointed in the lack of consideration for handicap access. One had to maneuver the suitcase and self from the handicap parking spaces over an unshoveled snowy slick path only to find that neither of the automatic door openers worked. One of the things was on a wobbly post and had clearly been inoperable for a while. Had I actually been wheelchair-bound I would have had to sit there in below zero weather until someone came along to help me along and hold the doors open.
Also, the daily wi-fi was charged to my room in spite of my Bonvoy membership; this was, once I noticed the charges, politely reversed by the front desk clerk.
On a positive note, the tub had well-placed grab bars for safety and the room was quite comfortable.

We stayed the night for my daughter’s birthday. Despite a volleyball tournament going on, check in was easy and ordering food was a breeze. My daughter ended up losing a tooth. I went down to the from desk to ask for a piece of paper to write a note for the tooth fairy and Mariah (at the front desk) added a special treat for her as well. Staff was very friendly and vallet parking was reasonable and quick. Definitely will stay here again

Great place to stay, the room was comfortable and clean. Ran out of shower soap while taking the shower. Wasn't sure why it was refilled during normal cleaning.

It was just ok. For the price I paid I was expecting to have a better stay but that was not the case. There really was no ventilation in the room. There are no opening windows and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The room smelled stale and just had an odor the whole weekend. We stayed for the weekend after thanksgiving I’m not sure what event was going on but there was an a lot of teenagers on our floor which I’m guessing was a youth group trip. They appeared unsupervised and ran up and down the halls all night and playing on the elevator. It honestly was very disappointing since it was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I was also charged $50 per night for incidentals which we had none so we should have been credited back but a week later we're still waiting for the charges to be reversed. We will not be staying with them again.

I really missed having a coffee pot in the room. The coffee and cups were there, but no coffee pot to brew it in!

I only stayed for one night so I did not get a chance to enjoy all the amenities however the hotel is very nice and the ambiance is very nice. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is the front desk check in could use more help and seem to be short staffed. Many guest are checking in and many of the guest complained of the wait time to speak to someone already working at the front desk. More than 2 employees are required at this site due to the amount of clients that stay at this hotel location.
